These guys were brilliant. Know their stuff and extremely helpful. I thought they were just going to be a typical chain store type place but not at all. They explained everything, were super helpful and amazingly fast. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. Even gave me advice on other auto electrical stuff. Great people, amazing service!

Came in with what we thought was a battery issue in our motorhome, got help immediately from the friendly team. They told us they were extremely busy yet they fit us in on the spot, gave us time and discussed potential problems. With their service and expert advice we were able to fix the problem and get back on the road with minimal down time to our travels. Thank you!

Just had the most awesome experience with Samara. Got a new caravan and we needed a plug changed over. She just said to pull in and she'd do it for us. When we got there she did just that. She's super easy going, knowledgeable and efficient. Will be going back for our future needs.

We cannot thank Gary and his team at Battery Force enough. Half way around Australia and our inverter failed. We had no luck after numerous phone calls with the manufacturer and another auto electric business. Safe to say we were nervous when we pulled in knowing our trip could be cancelled. Gary went above and beyond. He appreciated our situation and refreshingly showed compassion. With the issue fixed we are back on the road (with a few happy tears in the car). 100% recommend Battery Force. 🙏

Pulled in at lunch time on Sat 30th of dec and the young tradeswoman couldn’t do enough to help me and get me back on my trip. She was great and knowledgeable especially as my Ute is an import.
They had all the right tools and parts to get me going and the price was unbelievable (in a good way) not something you see very often travelling the country.

Fully recommend. Got an Apple play car stereo installed a few weeks back. Friendly, helpful service but the thing that really caught my eye and why I am giving this review was that they gave me me the worst/highest case scenario estimate also the lesser. Surprisingly when I went to retrieve my car it was the lessor. First time that’s happened to me whether it’s been a mechanic or hairdresser ‘conveniently’ they always like to charge the highest! But not these guys!
I had a slight issue with stereo just today and they sorted for me on the spot. Best price and great customer service ! :)

Absolute legend. Clearly under the pump due to the Xmas period but managed to slot me and did a Stella job. Couldn't have asked for better service. 10000/10

Have been dealing with these guys a few times and always great and with well explained advice. There again today for a new car battery and the service was tops, as usual. You just can't better a business with great staff.

Had a problem with my 4X4's new battery not holding its charge so took it to Gary because he was well thought of locally. Well Gary fixed one problem created by the caravan electrician and then solved the other problem created by the stupid owner (me). I'd thoroughly recommend Battery Force for any auto electrical issues.

I had no idea since buying a van 2 months ago how to get usage out of my solar system. The former owner got 2 lithium batteries installed at Battery Force & suggested I go there to sort it out. Thx to the guys for restarting my lithium batteries after I had let them drain out. Plus providing me knowledge to operate it . 5 star service and 5 minutes later on my way ! Was recommended to use these guys for an install of bullbar lights and can't rate them highly enough. Job was completed to an exceptional standard at the quoted price. Nice to see there are still businesses out there that care about their reputation and go over and above with customer relations.

We bought a car from EasyAuto123, and for the past two years have been messed around. Constantly getting towed, never sure if the car would start or if we'd be stuck - the car stopping and shutting off in the middle of driving. Over two years we've had things replaced that they claimed weren't under warranty, and every time they 'fixed' it, it would break down within a week.

We took the car to these guys and they ACTUALLY fixed it. It's been two months and the car has never run so smoothly. Not a single break down or tow, and no stress about if the car will stop working. Lovely guys there, and absolutely no messing around, just fixing the problem. Honest and amazing work, thank you.
