We recently had our second visit to Campsie Imaging Center, and the experience was exceptional. Especially thanks to Has and Alexia. The manager, Has, along with the front desk staff member Alexia, provided us with extraordinary service. They were incredibly caring, compassionate, and thoughtful, really taking the time to listen to our needs and offer outstanding service. As first time parents, we are very excited about our baby. We felt very well cared for; the health and development of our baby could not be in better hands with their advanced technology and loving care.

Thank you for assisting my husband today for his appointment. We had an early appointment and were attended straight away. The staff were friendly and approachable.
There's street parking that allows you to park for 2 hours which helped because the appointment usually takes time.

What an amazing team. Thank you very much to Has and the beautiful Natalie who looked after me so well. Very friendly, approachable and caring. They answered any silly question I threw at them with no trouble at all. I can’t speak more highly of the staff. They really go beyond expectations. I arrived early for my appointment and I was finished very quickly. Thank you team 😊

Did not have booking but the staff was able to get us in cause it’s urgent. We waited probably 5-7 mnts before we get into the ultrasound. Staffs are helpful and very professional. Especially I love the fact is that they have someone who always there to welcome you and then she will send you to the right available person. The people are moving that’s the best thing about this place.

I had the best experience with a lovely person called sharoq here the service was great, as well as management they were warm ,and made sure i left happy,considering how busy it was it was so great to see attentiveness to everyone. Also the new renovations are amazing 👏

Best radiology I've been too. I've been. To so many but this one is the most accurate and clean and friendly place ever. Moved 1 hour away and still come to this radiology.

All good today， taking around 30-40 mins for ultrasound ， including waiting time.
Convenient booking by phone call, on the second day cuz of fasting requirement. location is 10mins walking from train station. Staff is doing COVID safe strategies well.
Private patient needs to pay over the counter, invoice provided.
There are a lot of complains about waiting time, but I think it’s ok, for the reason of no one will know what’s happening inside the room. Therefore, the waiting time is understandable.

The most amazing and efficient service I have experienced at an imaging centre. The staff were all so helpful and made me feel comfortable with the processes. Hassan and his team are definitely the centre to visit for any scans needed.

Having experienced horrible treatment with health professionals in sydney, this place was completely opposite. They treated me, a stranger, with professionalism, friendliness and care. I wont go anywhere else for images. Thanks so much to you all.

They were wonderful, in that I had the unique situation of having to dash out of an appointment for an emergency work meeting 2 weeks ago. I got back to them yesterday. Tracked down the appointment and associated paperwork and 'squeezed' me in without an appointment! Thank you for going above and beyond here folks!

Well organised. Front desk has some of the most friendliest people. The rest of the staff were polite and very helpful. The ultrasound member introduced himself as John. He explained everything to me. From the get go I knew exactly what was going to be done and why. He even laughed and made it a fun experience. The Dr who did the injection introduced himself with his full name but said please call me John. He also was light hearted very personable and extremely professional as well. He also explained everything and why. All around it was a fantastic experience! I am telling everyone I come across of this encounter and how amazing the process was made by the wonderful staff there. My deepest thank you to them all.

Such frendly and professional staff from the moment you walk in til you leave. Special thanks to Hass for his professionalism in preparing me for my scan. Even listening how he spoke with others [especially the elderly] waiting for their scan, you could sense his genuine care and approach towards us.

I had a very pleasant experience here when I needed an MRI. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The MRI technician explained the procedure very well and was very thorough during the scan. The place was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Campsie medical imaging!

Thank you to the gorgeous female who assisted my husband Andrew today during his heart CT and he was getting anxious and unwell. She acted with professionalism, compassion and was absolutely lovely. I think her name was Christina and she did the scan.
His appointment was 9.30am today Friday 3/2/23. Second visit here and awesome staff and atmosphere. 🙏

my wife had an appointment today and we got there 3:30 pm on time, and we had previously asked for a female sonographer. The staff were running late with the patients and the last female sonographer finishes at 4 o'clock when I was still waiting. A male sonographer came to us and apologised for the delay and so kindly he tried to solve the problem by sending us to the Beamish St medical imaging which closes at 5 pm, and where there were 2 female sonographers. Anyways, walking to the car, the kindest sonographer I've ever seen Nicole, followed me and my wife and called me to come back inside and apologized for the delay, even though she finished her shift, she was very happy to get me back in. Thank you so much Nicole I really appreciate what you've done today!

The imaging specialist was very gentle and explained everything, nice friendly environment.
