Dr Yasin Shahab has been my local GP since 4 years now and is the best and genuine doctor in Sydney . He suggests you the best. Highly recommended .

I will be sad to see Dr Alison Jung leave my local practice. A great doctor who takes her time with you and doesn't offer medication as a first solution. A great doctor who I wish wasn't leaving campsie. Thank you for your help

I was there last week, I was so worried about some kind of skin problem. But the receptionist explained the all process, Dr Stephanie was so great! I relieved, and cured.
Also the pharmacy served so well.
I would say thank you so much.

I've been to this practice about 10 times now and I reckon they are great. could do a lot worst in Campsie... anyway... The nurses and confidant and the doctors seem to help each other out when they need a second opinion. It's a tight waiting room but moves along ok. Delays occur from time to time... that's life. Too many snowflakes complain and moan... get a grip bad reviewers.

I was referred to see Dr Kefakoulus. I am indeed pleased 😃. He is the GP who does leave no stone unturned - unlike my previous 2 GPs who were awesome but didn’t go the extra mile. He listens to all you need to say & replies, run tests, you name it. Waiting time? Yeah, that can be worked on. But, I was told by the receptionist about the waiting time. And when you see him personally, you’ll get why he takes extra time. See you when I see you ✌🏼

Dr Michael Kefaloukos is one of the best doctors in Sydney. Honest and empathetic. He is one of the few doctors I trust.

I’m going to this Hospital from last few years and never faced any problems with waiting and appointments. Dr Bal is one of the best advisor and professional Dr, which really helps me with getting rid of all my general health related conditions like Cold, Flue & Fever.

Probably a bias review because I've been going to this practice for 20years since they were located in South Parade Campsie. I can however say that the practice is not as bad as some of the reviews on here say.
I've had one steady doctor who has a pretty dark sense of humour. If you know him personally, you would know who he is. Because he only works certain days, I've also been to Dr. Khin, Dr. Low and Dr. Banu and other doctors when I couldn't see any of the above. I've never had a problem with any of them and I visit this practice quite regularly.
If I were to be real nit picky, I would say yes the waiting times can be extensive. I've made appointments and have been seen up to half an hour after set appointment. No big deal really. You take your phone or magazine to entertain yourself. And if you walk-in without an appointment, I've waited up to maybe an hour max. Give or take, sometimes it's quick, sometimes you just gotta wait. Nurses are sometimes short staffed so If you require a blood test etc, you may need to wait longer. But rarely. I guess some cases require more attention than others. It's not a business meeting where it's unprofessional to not be seen on time.
It's the GP. I'm pretty sure it's expected in most medical practices. If you go to Canterbury hospital emergency, it'll take you up to 5 hrs to be seen and that's "emergency" so I don't know what everyone's complaining about.
Also if I were to give a little feedback, the nurses room could do with a little bit more privacy. I've done an ECG test there where I had to lay down on the table bare chested feeling vulnerable (I'm a woman btw) and there were kids and patients just on the other side of the curtain who could've seen me due to the nurses who kept coming in and out exposing me. Wasn't very private.
Other than that, staff have always been professional. I've never experienced rude staff members in all my years of going there. Some of them may come across a little cold but they are under the pump and they get the job done.

My dad visited 3 GPs here - Dr Venus, Jessica, and Andrew Le. All are very good and take time to examine him properly. He got initial blood test and urine test result straight away to inform on his medication dosage, which is amazing. The nurses are friendly. One thing I wasn't happy with was Dr Raymond Tung was so rude and awful. I booked an appointment for my dad to see Raymond but on the day Raymond said to my dad "I am not seeing you. You go and see your GP !! " because it has been years since he last saw my dad. Thats fine but Raymond was so rude and his attitude to my dad wasn't acceptable at all. Overall, we are happy with the service and staff are generally friendly. I wouldn't give one star just because one staff (Raymond Tung) is nasty and horrible. I pray that Raymond will improve his attitude and learn how to love and care for patients more.

Haven't had a problem with this medical center. My doctor of 15 years moved in here so when i can i will ring for an appointment and will be seen on time. But i can see other people waiting without an appointment getting bumped back and that could be annoying. And yes even though there is several doctors on site it does get busy.
