Omg ! If you have a boat this is the place to go for your insurance , firstly the staff are so helpful, friendly an absolute joy to deal with , I was personally recommened to go here by a fellow member of the boating public ! what great advice , with your boat ( your investment) you want peace of mind with your insurance company and my friends ' Elders " give you that , with other companies you may be insured but will the claim be honoured ? In the back your mind " will it be honoured" sure it's insured , you have a certificate of insurance ! BUT WILL THE CLAIM BE PROCESSED ? that's the big question, with ELDERS your given peace of mind , that's worth to me millions ! Take my advice insure your vessel with this great company ( personal recommendation is worth its weight in gold ) Elders get My HUGE tick of approval.

I had parked in one of their bays without noticing as I was going to my doctors (next business over). When I came to my car, I had a letter that said “please come inside as you have parked in one of our bays - David”. So I went in and right off the bat David started calling me selfish and rude as their customers couldn’t park there (there was heaps of bays) he said that I’m depriving of business and what I was doing was rude, ungrateful and not nice. I apologised and said sorry, he then threatened me with getting my car towed away, which I think would be understandable if I was being rude back, but no I just apologised and he continued to go off his head at me. With me not even being a customer of there’s makes me wonder how they treat their staff and so on. All I’m saying is that there were plenty of other ways of going about this, he didn’t have to be so abrupt and overpowering. I would’ve been happy with him just saying “hey look, you’ve parked in one of our bays, do you mind just parking somewhere else if u can?” That’s all that had to be said, but yet I was called all the names above and threatened. Terrible service and am really upset about this.
