Everytime when I see him, he explains things comprehensively, listens to my concerns, provides options for the medical treatments, and find the best treatments for me.

I was able to make a booking easily over phone. Waited for 15 minutes from booking time to be called in by doctor. All staff friendly and professional. Annual $40 fee then all covered by Medicare which is great.

Great medical centre with caring doctors and administrative staff. They have a pathology service on site some days which is most helpful. Telehealth options assist to make overall healthcare easy to access. A pleasant practice to visit.

Top notch medical centre. Dr Jessie Leung is by far the most knowledgeable, intelligent and thoughtful doctor I have ever seen. She asks the right questions, aims to get to the root cause of the problem and offers suggestions on all issues I have raised. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Angela Cong is my parents’ GP. She is a very patient, attentive and the most reliable GP I’ve ever met. She cares about her patients, listen to them carefully and always find ways to help them and resolve troubles. My parents never said it to her but they told me many times that they love her and appreciate her help. I will recommend Dr Angela Cong with no hesitation if you are looking for a GP who cares and helps and not just giving you prescriptions.

Dr Mark Hanley is the best GP I have found in Australia. He has a great personality, and he is knowledgeable and caring. He will take time to explain well the issue at hand, he follows up and check on you if required. I never feel like I am rushed out of the door.

I visited today and i loved the place, Dr Patricia Yam was very friendly and ready to listen taking things slow and actually offering various solutions rather than other clinics/doctors who are rushing to make sure consultation finishes within 15 minutes.

Received 5 star service from Dr Mark Hanley. He is very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me many different questions to assess me. I highly recommend seeing Dr Hanley for any of your medical needs. Also, my appointment was on time and I was seen by Dr Hanley immediately. The clinic is clean and modern with a spacious waiting room. I will definitely come back again next time I'm unwell.

Everyone is very friendly, calm and professional - from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Not often do you find a place where everyone is nice and every experience is very positive. Highly recommend!

This is the best medical centre in Australia as every doctor here is personable, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Mark Hanley in particular is amazing. He takes the time and will ensures that he addresses every aspect of your medical issue. If you are after a female doctor Angela Cong is warm and knowledgeable also.

Thanks to Dr Mark Hanley , this is the first winter where my knees are normal . He is very patient and thorough , a rarity among gps today .

Dr Mark Hanley is the best GP I have ever found. Incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things properly and is open to finding solutions other than the typical prescription of antibiotics. Have moved 1.5hr away and tempted to go back there as can't find another GP nearly as good.

This medical centre doctors are by far the best I’ve had in my adult life. Always taking the time to really ensure everything is understood and explained well. They actually check you and diagnose making you feel like your actually looked after. Very professional.

Dr Jackson Chen, I m very happy that I have a such good GP near my area. He is very nice and patient to answer all my questions. I always feel he really takes care of my matters and never in rush to finish my case and let me go quickly.
