Australia Post - Campsie Post Shop

I don't know why so many people giving a 1 star reviews here. I've been living in Campsie since 2009 and never once in my 15 years of living here being treated rudely by any of the staff here in Campsie Post Office. Recently they've been very helpful in helping me sorting out my daughter's passport application. I will always come back here for service. Thank you Campsie Post Office.

Campsie Post Office had very professional, knowledgeable staff.
They have a good attitude and excellent customer service.
With my experience submitting passport for me and my family. Passport application never been easy and stressfull but they were so helpfull.

I was there with my special child for Passport photo and can say I'm grateful from the service. Syeda was very helpful and understanding the situation and was really passionate,thank you!

Vivian was super helpful. I didnt realize I needed a separate packaging for different parcels and she went out of her way to help me find extra packaging. Very satisfing experience abd definately would come here again.

Professional and very polite customer service. Before I was in punchbowl post office with past good experience memories but things change there. I was surrounded by thugs and extremist by so called customer service. campsie post office was different, they are professional and calm , the information I required was brief and sufficient. I finally successfully lodge my passport application there. Special thanks the lady who patiently help me to process all my stressful application.

Was in yesterday to collect parcel. I have read many bad reviews in regards to one staff member (the lady with coloured hair)
I NEED to say that I have been served by her several times. I treat her with respect and she has ALWAYS been lovely and kind to me. She is thorough and will take the time and effort to find your package amongst the thousands of parcels out the back.
I feel the reviews on here are unjust and really come across as targeting this staff member.
Every experience I have had has been favourable.

Can only speak from my own experience but I’ve received nothing but great service from the staff at Campsie PO. From passport photos, passport applications, parcel collection and posting packages - the staff has always been friendly, patient and accomodating.

Staff are professional with great communication skills.

Went to get passport photos taken, line was long but didn’t wait very long. The staff were friendly! Definitely don’t deserve the low rating they have here. Will be going back that’s for sure!! Great job guys..

The best team at Australia Post are here. I'm there almost every day. I've seen the many situations they have to deal with. Most customers are ESL or not tech savvy and yet they continually serve with smiles.

I have no problem with Campsie post office. I send stuff 3-4 times a week and is greeted by friendly staff. Reading the past reviews I think things have changed and the staff are alot nicer and more helpful.

With short Red hair she served as I was confused with my passports she reassured me that I filled it out correctly and made it a smooth process for me.
I Highly Recommend you all to look out for this wonderfully person .

Been living in the campsie area close to 40yrs, and ain't never had any issues with service by any former or current employees, sometimes the smiles weren't very cheerful but for every female and male, some days are diamond and some days are storm, very understandable to Moi cause we all in this stressful world together 😁🌴🇫🇯🌺🇭🇲😎👍

Very happy here. Not my local, but dropped in a couple of times a week ago. The people there couldn't have been more helpful. I was very impressed with their service, and their friendliness

Wait was short staff were great with my one year old. Got a perfect passport photo first go.

Quick and friendly service today. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but it seems that they are better than before. No complaints at all.
