I called the dentist for an emergency appointment at 9 am on a Sunday morning, and my husband was seen very quickly. The service was amazing, and the dentist was very gentle. My husband experienced pain-free treatment. Highly recommend!

I always had respect for korean people because of their can do attitude, but after today's experience my respect for them has sky rocketed.
First of all I would like to thank the Dr. James Song and the sincere Hygienist(who did an amazing job assisting), for taking out my 2 wisdom teeth, from the x-ray till the very end no pain at all, slight discomfort from the numbing injection, roughly took 12-17 mins to take out the 2teeths very professional and always smily face from the professionals made me feel comfortable and trustable. I highly recommend anyone who is having tooth problems to please come visit this place, especially if you are in pain.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. James and his exceptional dental team for a treatment, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality of care and the level of service provided. Dr P Tsang was amazing. My husband had too much pain with his wisdom tooth which wasn’t verified by other dentist. Dr Tsang did the tooth extract without feeling anything. Also not much complications after that. 100% recommend to this amazing team. God bless.

Dr P Tsang did an amazing job removing my wisdom tooth. From taking an X-ray, and giving local anaesthetics followed by extraction of tooth, all the steps are explained properly in details. All practice are done with care and patience. The whole team and receptionist are very attentive to clients needs and operates efficiently. Very appreciated for your care and highly recommended for dental services.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist! Dr Hannah Chong is friendly and listens to you. I've never had a dentist be so gentle and willing to pause if I need a break. She also took the time to explain each step and check if I had any questions throughout the appointment. Maybe I've just been to bad dentists previously but I will definitely be staying with these guys now.

I went to Dr James Song for my first dental appointment in years and had a very good experience. The practice is very clean and Dr Song and his assistants were very professional. Dr Song was very informative and honest with any questions I had and I had a pain free clean leaving my teeth looking brand new. I highly recommend going to him for your dental needs and he is also super cheery and kind. I felt very comfortable and in the right hands - thank you Dr Song :)

Dr James Song is amazing. I went to different dentist and they all said one of my wisdom tooth is tricky and close to nerve and they all referred to me the specialist and had to get it done in the hospital under general anesthesia. When I came to see Dr Song, he said he can do it and got it pulled out yesterday. He got it done efficiently within 30mins and I recovered very well without any numbness in my mouth. I really appreciate it. It saved me a at last 2 grams! Also, he got my root canal done, it was perfect. He’s got excellent skills and very professional! Highly recommend him 👍🏻😊

Definitely recommend Dr. Hannah. She is highly skilled and qualified dentist, indeed, she has the experience needed to diagnose and treat complex problems without any difficulty. I visited for tooth extraction and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain during her treatment. If anybody is looking for a good dental clinic, I truly recommend this place.

I've know Dr James Song from the previous practice and followed him to his new practice. He is very experienced and has a great techniques.
I always feel so secure and safe as he explains the situation clearly and the treatment procedure regarding my teeth.
I had recently had an implant operation today. I was a bit nervous but as his great techniques and experienced skills, the implant went so smoothly and quickly!
Now I also brought my husband and my 6y.o. daughter. Both love Dr James work.
He is very good at dealing with kids as well. My daughter was nervous at the beginning but as his cheerful and friendly approach, my daughter finished happily. :)

Thank you Dr. Philip Tsang! I got my wisdom tooth extracted within 10 min.Pain free and absolutely amazing experience. The nurse even gave me a stress ball to hold during the procedure for me to reduce my dental phobia.

Dr. Philip Tsang is a very nice, passion and heartwarming dentist. Speaks nicely and made me felt calmed throughout the whole experience. He even numb my gum before injecting anaesthesia!

Excellent service, very kind and accommodating, clean and tech savvy practice, all the equipment are up to date, state of art technology, the doctor was humble and caring, assistants were professional, reception was warm and polite , all in all a satisfactory treatment that I received, he told me to visit in 2 weeks for check up free of charge

I had not seen a dentist in quite a while and was very nervous about getting a check up. Dr Phillip was very kind, understanding and was extremely helpful. He clearly explained the issues I had and even though I had bombarded him with a million a questions he was happy to answer all of them. Definitely will recommend this place.

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! 🤩 Dr James Song is a really kind and experienced dentist. When I first saw him, I was freaking out about my treatment, but he quickly put me at ease. He even used his humour to make me laugh! 😆 I think my fear of dentists has been cured by him. His clinic is really clean and tidy too I just love it. Definitely recommend!!!

I really impressed by the Dr Sony's professional and friendly way to approach the client.
My Mum initially was really nervous about her teeth removal especially with her chronic medical history, Dr Sony was really patient to listen all our concerns and give true and genuine feedback. Dr Sony explained all steps and procedures before he went ahead with any procedures.
With all provided information and reassurances, my mum felt more at ease and more comfortable. She had wisdom and broken teeth removed, She is much more happier now. The post procedure care also was clearly instructed by Dr and following up appointment was organised.

My usual dentist does not do wisdom teeth removal so I had to look for another dentist and decided to go here as the reviews seem excellent.
My top wisdom tooth was giving me trouble so I knew it was time for it to be removed... I was very nervous at first (like most people are when it comes to a dental procedure), but after talking to Hannah, I felt like I could trust her. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The only uncomfortable (but bearable) part was the injection of the anaesthetic but that's expected (tbh, it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be). The procedure was over quickly, and most importantly, pain free. Their pricing was affordable and the clinic was nice and clean with fancy equipment. She also gave me a little goodie bag to go home with. Thanks so much! I'll be back :)

I have been searching for a good dentist in syd so far and finally found the good one and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a friendly kind dentist has techniques.
Also he doesn't push any unnecessary treatment, it's a quite important aspect to choose one for me based on previous experiences. Feel free to consult with him under comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable cost. I would definitely stay his patient as long as possible. Many thanks :)
