Really great experience! New patient to this practice, needed my daughter checked on weekend. Dr was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and all staff that I interacted with were caring. Chemist on site which also helped. Would definitely recommend.

The ladies at the reception have been very helpful. My appointment time has been passed for about an hour, my gp has been busy with quite few walking in patients, I was told there is good number of patients before me and I didn’t expect that and had another appointment in the afternoon. The receptionist called the doctor Do and she listened to what the receptionist explained and see me immediately.

That showed the staff in that clinic care about the patients unlike some clinics I visited before. I am really appreciative their efforts to resolve the difficulty encountered.

Dr Coles, was thorough professional, very clear & concise, provided great clarity & advice around my medical conditions, at all times I felt that I was in great hands with a professional who demonstrated concern & understanding to my specific needs. Which was really comforting & put me at ease that my best interests were at the forefront of the doctors consultation.

Dr Lucy Coles is the first doctor to go above and beyond and understand her patients. No other doctors have listened and put in place what she has, and because of her I’m starting to have real answers. So grateful to her and am glad the practice is affordable too!

Visited Dr R J Rao today 7/2/2024 for my annual check up. Completely satisfied with her due diligence and care. She is an excellent Doctor looking after my wellbeing for many years. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous

Dr. Debbie did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Expect the lady with the short hair with the glasses was so rude when she approached me at the desk.

My doctor has answered all my queries and explained plainly. My booked time was honoured. There are ample space and comfortable seats in the waiting area. The receptionist was polite and friendly.

Campsie Medical and Dental Centre is providing excellent one stop shop primary care to hundreds of people in the area and beyond. We have been patients of Dr Rao from the Centre for many years. We highly recommend patients to avail of the services and medical expertise available at this centre.

Dr Debbie Thayagarajan is wonderful,very helpful,caring and attentive.. she made me feel so comfortable and made me feel at ease. I will go back to this medical centre just because of her. We need more doctors like her.

Friendly staff with a user friendly HotDoc appointment system and minimum wait times.

Dr deivanai thayagarajan is one of the best and most passionate GPs ive ever met in my life she actively helps her patients and is the sole reason i come to this clinic. The other doctors in this clinic are out of touch and much less caring

It is the best medical centre which I have experienced since I have been in Australia.
The location is so convenient because it is in the heart of Campsie, the place is always clean, the staff are very professional, and the services are various.

Amazing medical center, Doctors are amazing staff appsolutly wonderful caring and professionalism, always with a smile on the face. All the girl's a wonderful particular for me Ella Stan's out,very happy girl she makes my day with her comfort smile no matter how sick I feel thank you Ella, not to mention management Rhonda big asset to the company.

Unfortunately the receptionist that book my appointment was rude, and hang up on me after booking for an appointment.
What she is forgetting is that I am paying for my service.
Not to be treated with disrespect.

Dr. RAO is very good, always takes her time to listen to you and gives appropriate treatment.

I have been a patient at Campsie Medical Centre for over 25 years along with my husband and four kids. I have never had a problem there. Staff and doctors are very friendly. The only issue I have is having a popular Doctor and the wait time even with an appointment can be an hour wait if Doctors are running behind. Otherwise great Medical Centre and highly recommended it.

Marian and her team is the best. Knowledgeable, caring, very professional, and great attention to details. The team she leads also has a positive energy, which has been a true gift for my recovery and especially gold given the volume of patients.

I had a procedure at a public hospital on Sunday and was discharged from the hospital without much instruction or explanation on the recovery. Marian has filled in these gaps with greatest details. I am really grateful for this. Being able to understand the recovery process is important.

Also Marian cares about patient's experience. She has recommended an alternative dressing material, which has significantly reduced my pain. It felt good to be off the strong pain killers earlier.

The doctors are professional and knowledgeable too.

I would like to share my experience of visiting the Campsie Medical Centre for the past 15 years. The doctor, staff, and chemist have always been very welcoming and kind. Their service has been so great that I have no intention of changing my doctor until the end of my life. I highly recommend this medical center.
