Staff was really nice and the food was just wonderful, I went here on Sunday and it was basically empty even though it was 7pm. The food is way better then the other sushi places in the area.

Would highly recommend this place, the food quality/ the service quality and serving generosity was far beyond my expectation. 10/10 would recommend trying!

Tried to go here another night but they closed early.
Cool looking place - very Japanese. Welcomed in and sat down to some cool tunes. WAP playing and similar playlist 🤣🤣
We had
Nasu dengaku - eggplant
Teri broccolini $12.90
Ebi mayo- spicy deep fried prawn $17.90
Yaki pan fried gyoza- pork $12.90
Yaki udon chicken shared $18.90
We also washed down with Sapporo x 2 and yuzu sake x 2

Standouts -
The eggplant was great miso glaze making the difference.
The fried prawn with eggplant. Large Crispy prawn with mayo and spice - so good. !!! 😋

Thought we were finished and full taking leftovers home. We sat for another drink and enjoyed the music.

We will be back for the ramen and Katsu curry.

Every time they serve fresh delicious food, and with friendly service. Highly recommend.

Great food and service…
It popped up in my Insta yesterday night n I thought I should try it out.
We had a lovely tempura platter, which was perfectly crunchy n delicious ( not oily)
An Arburi sushi set( grilled sushi of salmon scallops, kingfish ) , Teriyaki chicken Ramen… not your normal ramen noodle but like your 5 minute springy curly noodles; I liked it, flavour was good and chicken a plentiful.. I suggest you share between 2 or 3 persons if you’re ordering other things too😜, we also ordered teriyaki fish bento box, Salmon fish set n a crispy prawn maki big roll. We had plenty to eat between 4 of us. Very satisfying meal . We shall be back .
The Chefs n waitresses were predominantly Korean . We had Korean chefs cooking delicious Japanese food!!
Problem would be finding parking on the street but East Village is 6 mins walk away

Wonderful experience! I’ve been to Sushi&More multiple times but only have one photo 😂 Food was always very nice! The head chef absolutely nailed it 💙 He always care regular customers we appreciated the extra service he rendered. The main meal portions are more than sufficient. Everything was good quality, I highly recommend coming here (for some ppl, there is no parking, only street parking available;)

Good quality and tasty Japanese food. The staff are very nice. The decorations of the shop gives me a Japanese vibe.

Super friendly staff and tasty foods!
I am a regular customer for a dinner and happy for their service all the time. My favourites are sashimi salad, grilled salmon rolls and chicken katsu curry while having a beer.

Although I don't normally visit the place during lunch time, it is worth to try if you are looking for a decent meal nearby. It has lots of student customers for lunch, however, it is a good value for money. Most of bentos are between $12.5 - $14.5 and having lots of portion.

The menu has been updated recently (photos attached) and take away boxes look nice. Highly recommend Chicken Katsu Yaki Udon.

The spicy or grilled salmon roll is a must try!! The portion is huge for one person. Nice and quick service . Would love to go there anytime soon.

Food was great, and they went above and beyond with the frozen mochi dessert! Service and environment was lovely too.

Sushi was delicious! We ordered the spicy salmon roll. The roll was HUGE! So for $18 it was definitely worth it. (The size was bigger than normal). Takoyaki was delicious but could be cooked just slightly longer so the sides are more crispy and the inside is more solid but it was very tasty overall.
