They brought in a shoe that I ordered but I, mistakenly, had ordered the wrong size.
The lady there wasn't fazed and quickly rung around a few stores so she could get the right one in for me. Champion effort

This is a different kind of post. I gave 5 stars because I took back a pair of shoes with a fault and the staff were brilliant. They replaced the shoes and apologized for the inconvenience. Several times. Real customer service.
