The lady working today needs to have good long think to herself, if she wants to be working in customer service or not. The arrogance and attitude I experienced from her today was beyond me. I also added after my transaction "I'm sorry if I inconvenienced you today" to which her response was a very dirty look and eyeballing. If this is how you want to treat us we will avoid your newsagency at all costs. If I treated my customers like that I'd be out of business. You don't treat people like that regardless. I barely held my tongue on the way out. I don't ussually rite reveiws either.
