Suanne and Tony did a beautiful job with blinds and curtains for our two story and smaller windows. They were very professional from consultation to installation. They helped choose colours and made some adaptations when we noticed a nuance in our building that we had all missed while measuring up. They installed efficiently and thoughtfully (eg the chains for the blinds were fixed in the way that makes opening them easy and logical; and advised re length due to condensation that sometimes builds in the floor. I contacted The Curtain Factory after receiving a quote from another supplier, which I thought was a bit pricey. I was right. Sue Ann came to measure up and provided a quote the following day. I was thrilled to see that it was more than 40% cheaper than my previous quote, with exactly the same material and finish. Curtains were installed seamlessly by Reece and are perfect.
He even cleaned up the little bit of mess he made. Reece also assured me that if the curtains dropped (I like them sitting above the ground) they would adjust them free of charge. This is a family owned company and the service provided was impeccable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used the Curtain Factory many times, and have never been disappointed. I recently had beautiful curtains installed in my formal lounge and dining room, along with motorised blinds in my TV room. I am thrilled with the finished product. Suanne really knows her product and will always give you many different options at different price points. She also has a good eye for colour and texture. Rhys was fantastic with the install. I would not hesitate to recommend The Curtain Factory, as the quality is superb, service fabulous and all for a very competitive price.

It was a great pleasure to meet Suanne McAllister in the Curtain Factory. She is a caring , kind and very professional lady who I had the pleasure to meet while I wanted to make curtains in my room.
She was fabulous and helped me in choosing the fabric and pricing was fantastic. From the beginning, I know she was looking after me as I was a lady working with single income.
Also the day Rhys came for installation the curtains , we had so much fun and happiness together while he was fixing the curtains.

Moreover, they are all very professional in their job with high moral in their customer service and they work perfectly on any aspects of their job.
In this regard, they all made me very happy and i should say I am a perfectionist person myself and I can say their job is better than perfect!! Really they know what they doing over 50 years of experience!

I was impressed by the prices, quality of materials and workmanship at installation time. This was the third company we checked, and finally I can say that we made the right choice. In fact, we are planning to work with the saame company for the remaining rooms as well. Well done!

I cannot praise this family company enough. Tess went over and beyond to do my blinds in a limited time. They delivered what they promised and nothing was a problem. Not being happy with the first quote I got from another company I rang the Curtain Factory and they were just wonderful. Such a great company.

I am so impressed with The Curtain Factory, I asked for a quote on some blinds for a glass door, they looked at it, and suggested I didn't really need a blind. Who does that? They were right, I saved myself the cost. They have been around a long time and really know their stuff!

The staff really know about fabrics and curtains. They are punctual for measure ups and so efficient with making up the curtains. Prices are also very good value.
For curtains, I wouldn't go past this company.

Pretty unhappy with this company we have used them before and they seemed okay , but the rudest woman works there.

They expected us to pay in full prior to our shutters getting installed. Even after giving them a deposit months prior. The balance was such a small amount they just had to install the shutters and get paid on completion.

But they insisted it we paid in full prior to any installation what a joke.

We have never been spoke to with such rudeness. A TOTAL COMMON POTTY MOUTH!!

The absolute worst service and product I have ever received. I don't normally write reviews like this but just wanted to warn anyone thinking of using them. Curtains arrived and the blockout fabric that they were lined with smelt so bad and toxic we couldn't use them. They told us it had happened before and to just air them out for a week. We aired them out for 3 weeks and the smell didn't go anywhere. Not just my opinion either- friends and family that visited thought they smelt terrible too. I can't even describe how rude they were about the whole thing, it was unbelievable- told me to light candles to mask the smell and that I must have a very sensitive nose because it's never happened before (even though they'd already said previously it had). The conversations I had with the sales woman were like no other conversations I ever had, she was awful to us and so argumentative. After a lot of back and forth ended up going to Spotlight and buying some more standard blockout fabric (didn't smell at all) at my own expense which they used to reline. There were a couple of other small problems too with he curtains not being as we ordered, which don't have time to go into here. Just be warned! I used another company in Chatswood for our other curtains and was so much happier.

My boss has been extremely busy over the last few weeks in his company plus dealing with business overseas and had asked me to cover his phone calls for him. I returned the phonecall to Suanne and tried to have a conversation with her. I knew from the start that this would be a hard conversation by her rude and domineering tone in her voice and my inability to get one word out. When she asked why my boss couldn't call her back, she responded by telling me 'That's Bull****'. I am totally disgusted! I am 22 years of age and I would never speak to a paying customer like that. So thats was not a good start... she then went on to tell me that we have to pay the rest of the money for the shutters BEFORE they are even installed. They have been paid their deposit already, and as most people in trade businesses understand, you pay a deposit, the work gets done and upon completion it gets paid. You DO NOT get paid before hand, besides from the deposit. We need to make sure that the shutters fit our clients house and that they are installed properly before paying the last installment. In conclusion, this company in the end wasted our time and its very sad that there are people like that working in jobs that deal with people everyday. Their loss though as we had other jobs for other houses and clients we were going to give them, but due to this issue- we won't be using them again.
If i could give them less than 1 stars, i would. I never google review, but this had to be said.
