My partner and I had an amazing experience at Hollywood and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

When we arrived with pictures of our current decor and room measurements, the helpful sales staff (I'm so sorry I forgot your name at the time) spent time with us discussing our options and weren't afraid to give their honest opinion on some of the ideas I had.

We left to discuss our options and returned later that week to place our order.

Delivery was hassle free.
Nothing seemed too much of a hassle throughout the entire process.

We love spending time in our new living area :)

we were looking through the dinning table section when a staff member name Raj came and helped us choose the right chair and the Dinning table for our house. We told him that we were looking for a marble table and he helped us to choose the perfect table in a beautiful marble pattern. Great customer service and lovely staff.

I was there on Sunday with my husband when the man was talking to the staff asking for refund, to be honest the staff was doing what they can to help, the poor girl was getting threats by the man if he doesn’t get the refund will cause some serious damage .To me honestly that is abuse, If I was her I would’ve called the police already.
We’ve purchased from the store many times, yes, sometimes there maybe some misunderstanding but I would have always follow up myself if I didn’t get a call from the staff or the owner within the second day and not sit and wait till a week or so later, but maybe that’s just me.

Exceptional customer service. May went above and beyond to help me choose a light fitting and even though it was closing time on a public holiday, Victor took great care removing the showroom fitting and packaging it up for me. Couldn't be happier!

Didn't know Hollywood existed until I went to JB HIFI next door today and noticed their shop front. Went in and bought two floor lamps which I have been looking for for a long time but found by most floor lamps in other stores boring and generic. Hollywood had a great range different designs. The shop staff were really friendly too.
