As I’m writing this review, I noticed that I paid the original price instead of the discounted price. :((

I only have the soft copy receipt and probably threw away the original receipt. I’m not sure if I’m able to get refund. I’m hoping that big w personnel will see this and get back to me?

On Friday 24th Nov we went shopping for a Christmas tree. My boy fell in love with one and low and behold there was only one left. But it was huge. I pulled it off the shelf and got him (7 yo) to go get a trolley. He came back saying they were all gone. I wasn't sure what to do. It was madness being black friday. Then a few mins later an employee walked by us with a trolley full of rubbish. She asked if we needed one and said to wait while she emptied hers and promptly came back to give it to us. She then lifted the tree and put it in the trolley for me. She said she noticed my boy looking for one and recognised him when she was walking by. Exceptionally helpful and kind. The staff members name is Christine at Joondalup BigW. I hope she finds out about this review, she really made our day.

Got casual clothes that I needed. Fair price looks good.

Always have heaps of stock! Great place to find baby bonds clothes too. I also do all my Xmas stocking stuffer shops here, cheaper than the supermarket.

Good range, good location, very fair prices

We love you his place not too far from Perth, no booking required. Quite and beautiful place, river for swimming, bike trails, fishing, and dogs are allowed. In some season fire is free. Fantastic spots .

Big W is underrated - generally the best value for money for a variety of things. Their generic safety boots are cheap and durable, range of camping gear quite wide, and also there is better value pet products than the big supermarkets or petstores.

And for the next twelve weeks there are free kids books, one per week. No better value than that.
