Super friendly staff, I just went to buy some camping stuff and for 22 items was 100 bucks, really good. I recommend you in the website if you can't find your product so staff can go and get it for you from the back of is in the shop :)

The apparel manager at Kmart Joondalup was so lovely and helpful today. She went out of her way to help us find the stock we were after that wasn’t out on the rack. This review is specifically reflective of our experience with her, not of the store in general, as our click and collect order for the items had been cancelled despite having some of the stock on our order (& driving a distance to the store as the stock level online was over 50).

totally lovely lady on the door, magaret was her name. she was very sweet and polite and gentle she asked about my day in a professional manner and was very welcoming. Continued doing a great job greeting people at the door. If only every kmart worker was as kindhearted as magaret ❤❤

It's always fun to shop at this store - great prices and variety of items, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The staff were also happy to be a sponsor for our recent fundraiser to raise money for Ukraine, so we really appreciate their help. Would recommend shopping there.

*AMAZING* everyone there is just soo helpful and kind everything is laid out very nice and is very organised. pricing range is just incredible its really everything you need in one big shop and Kmart is everywhere so its very quick to get to and employee come and help you strait away the red light at the checkout is on amazing shop defiantly recommend as it has everything you possibly would need in it .

We went to have some photos printed today and the customer service provided, especially by Alexandra and Molly was excellent. They were really helpful and patient, answered all our questions (some questions were really dumb by the way). Nothing was too much for them. Always had helpful staff..They are so busy staking shelves, and assisting in self serve. And contending to the awkward customers.. Management should be proud to have this staff.. ??

Good neat and tidy store. A lady actually walk me to the product I was after stopping what she was doing. She was busy tidying clothes and when I asked where light globes were she took me there and then she also looked up the product I was after on the computer. I Felt very valued.

If you have a gift to get but are struggling to find anything, this K-Mart is what you need! The variety of items that can be found here is applaudable. From clothes to trampolines, K-Mart can not be beaten for price. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. You definitely need to set aside a couple of hours to browse, and maybe get a trolley on your way in😜 Keep up the amazing work!

My wife went into k mart Joondalup today to change 4 pairs of shorts for our son.His size was not on the shelf, she asked a young girl and she said what was on the tables was what was left ...... My wife then walked on to see another lady Julie , whom she asked about the shorts , Julie then went to look in the store room , she found one pair, she then asked which store was convenient for her and called and asked for 3 pairs to be kept aside for my wife.
This is a big shout out for Julie who went above and beyond for my wife.

The store has improved a lot over the past few years and now offers good products at a cheap price. The store also has tons of self checkouts and the huge line with 100+ proppe in it only took a few minutes to clear out.
