Absolutely love the sofa. It’s stylish with timber highlights soft and durable fabric. Importantly it is very comfortable and is big enough to have a nap on. Delivery was on time and was no trouble.

Absolutely fantastic service from choosing the shade and the type of leather texture and the style of sofa I required. The sales assistant was so helpful as I wasn’t sure of the colour when I was looking at the leather sample book so she said we have a couch made up in the colour I was interested in so after seeing it made up confirmed it was the colour I wanted. When spending a decent amount of money on a piece of furniture that needs to suit your needs regarding comfort, style and colour you appreciate the help you receive from the sales representative. Delivery was prompt and on time making the whole experience with Nick Scali first class.a very happy customer

We purchased our couch in January on sale. Great buy. Paperwork was easy and efficient. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process easy. Delivery was really efficient. Even though we had a 2 hr time window it is tracked so you know where you are in delivery line and then texted 6 mins before delivery and they were spot on. We love our couch and highly recommend Nick Scali

The whole experience at Nick Scali Osborne Park was very easy from browsing through the store and discovering the various options. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and offered advice as to how best configure our selected ideas to our residence layout. The split delivery for our 2 choices was seamless and the first option has been installed very promptly as arranged.

We purchased our furniture from the Osborne Park store in WA. The staff were incredibly helpful showing up different configurations and material types and colours until we found what we were looking for. So far we have purchased two leather couches a dinning table and chairs coffee table and tv unit. The quality and standard of build made us go back for a second time.

We had a great experience both in store, as well as the after sales and delivery service. The lounge that we purchased is of great quality and looks amazing in the space. Highly recommend the team in Osbourne park to anyone looking for a new lounge.

Update 7 years later: Changing from 2 to 5 stars. The couch has had one small alignment issue and a big structure issue but Nick Scali made it easy to make a claim and sent out technicians to fix it within a couple of weeks. Happy the company honoured their lifetime structural warrantee.

We took delivery of a Coffee table and i gave to say the delivery guy’s were very good. They arrived within their advised timeframe.
They built the table and made sure i was happy.
Overall nice manner able guys.

From start to finish an effortless process. Kept me informed through out the delivery times. Would highly recommend Nick Scsrli and am looking forward to making my next purchase. Also love the finished product, chairs look amazing.
