I took my grandmothers emerald ring in for repairs as one of the claws was damaged. Staff were extremely helpful and suggested that all claws be repaired and the ring re rhodium plated. They quoted me a price and I went ahead with it, my ring was ready in just over a week and I was thrilled with the result, the ring looks like it has just been purchased (it’s over 70 years old!!!) It was shiny and clean and the repairs could not be faulted. I would thoroughly recommend Carmen jewellers and their amazing staff, great customer service!!!!

I didn't think I would be able to afford a bracelet in such a beautiful jewellers but I found their prices to be very competitive and the quality far better than every jewllers we had been to previously. All their staff are AMAZING! First class friendly service and advice and they totally understood the sentimental and emotional attachment when I had to have ALL of my wedding rings resized due to a medical issue and felt “naked” without them. They were so understanding and even managed to keep the original engraving inside my wedding ring! Total LEGENDS! My rings came back just like NEW! Can’t recommend them highly enough! I would highly recommend Carmen Jewellers in Joondalup. The level of service was fantastic. Yumima who assisted my mother in choosing a bangle (that was specially made by Carmen) was wonderful. The bangle is beautiful and we could not be happier with the result.

I find carman diamond shop Joondalup very polite people they didn’t interfere by forced selling but gave every opportunity to look at every thing in the shop they also except lay-bys to which is a very surprising these days
