Yamato Teppanyaki & Tsaocaa Tea

I ordered from Uber Eats and was happy how quickly my food arrived. I was super impressed with how fresh and tasty my food was and my drink was still cold and delicious as well. But best of all the pricing was very affordable for what I purchased and the portion size I received.

Thank you again Yamato Sushi. You guys always go above and beyond to service your customers. I love spice so you kindly added a spicy mayo to my sushi. Awesome Customer service and delish food at great prices.

Found this place as I was browsing the eatery. Wasn't sure what I wanted but thought the ramen sounded good. Got the spicy ramen, $17.50. Short wait, and apart from no nori, it was pretty good. Spicy, but not too spicy. Can recommend.

Love them! Probably the best chinese/Japanese food from the food court! Amazing bentos, fried rice and katsu don!

Best peach milk tea I had in years! No artificial peach syrup flavour and an excellent range choice of toppings! I always go for the food and surprisingly found out the other day they do bubble tea as well 😯 not too bad at making bbt Yamato, considering they are Japanese cuisine. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

these guys were amazing with helping me with a special order and to alter the meals for disability reasons. very happy and helpful and honest. cannot wait to return. I had thier Japanese curry and it was sooooo good and my friend had the combination fried rice that was really good too

Genuinely the best bubble tea place in PERTH! soooo delicious and yummy. The staff are super friendly and kind, they are really amazing. All the bubble tea drinks are yummy, they range from milk teas to fruity drinks. They cover all your taste buds, you will never be disappointed, there food taste really authentic and yummy, it really shows how much effort and love they have for their food and bubble teas. I hope they never shutdown or move away from Joondalup. This is the only bubble tea place that I purchase from, no other can compare.

I don't normally rate shopping centre eateries, but Yamato Teppanyaki deserves an exception. Absolutely delicious ramen, the pork was very flavourful and tender. My order arrived very quickly despite it being busy at lunch time, and the lychee green tea was very refreshing!

Very nice food and drinks, especially the bubble tea is beyond my expectations. The female staff with black hoodie provide me a nice service as well.

i really enjoy the bubble tea here :) i always order strawberry crushed ice tea with lychee boba. i come here on most of my breaks from TAFE and its my favourite part of the day. The sushi is always fresh too! thanks for making my day <3

Best Bubble Tea I have ever had i have tried many places but they have never been as good. I only come here everytime they also have great food. Customer service is always great with friendly kind staff. Thank you for everything.
