Walked in. Had sale. Bought two gold bangles and a set of earrings in gold. Service was good. Very friendly Staff. Got certificates at true value, not sale value which is awesome for insurance purposes. Forgot ID on counter and Sales Rep ran after me to return ID. Thank you for that.

Cute pieces of jewellery at great prices! :) However, staff have been very aloof and unfriendly in all the times I've visited either by myself or with company. Definitely not one to complain usually but I always feel like a burden asking for help despite purchasing something each time and trying my best to communicate politely. It is what it is, I guess!

absolutely awful service. i bought a watch as a gift for my father and was told if it doesn’t fit that they can resize it for free and upon returning i was told i’d have to pay $80 to get it resized. i was also originally told upon returning told that we couldn’t refund or exchange the watch despite it saying on the website that we can return it within 30 days for a gift card. eventually got it exchanged but this shop is terrible and shouldn’t be shopped at!
