Great service. Called at 1pm on a Saturday and booked an appointment for 4pm the same day. I saw the doctor by 4.25pm. Doctor and reception very friendly. Not sure why this place cops do much slack. They don't even charge a fee to see a doctor.. Thanks

I have been going to West Ryde Medical Centre since it first opened and have never had bad experiences,my first GP moved interstate to get married,I then had the privilege to meet Dr.Melannie Ng at the same time I had been diagnosed with Bipolar 1,she not only listened to me but also put up with all my mood swings without showing me the door,
she helped me to beat substance and alcohol abuse though a lot of people thought I couldn’t,by sheer willpower
She has also helped me to cut back on the amount of medication I was on which is something we are still dealing with,while at the same time keeping me on an even playing field which I have nothing but praise for.
The receptionists have been nothing but polite and professional every time I have had to attend an appointment

Experienced professionals and staff. We moved houses 4 times in past 10 years but not the clinic.

I miss our family GP - Dr Chu Man (Melanie) Ng. We moved away from West Ryde two year ago. Melanie was there for us from the day one of our arrival and from when my children were born. my kids will be going to high school soon, and I am still searching for a good replacement . When Melanie was not on her duty, we would visit other doctors from the center. They were all always helpful, caring and skilled, maybe sometimes overcrowded.

I got seen by dr mehrdad Eshraghi today could of not had a better experience with him, he put my mind at ease about an ongoing issue and was warm friendly and extremely professional, just an amazing doctor.

dr kitto and dr jason han are excellent but where did you get dr van mai a rude dr who thinks because he has 30yrs experience as a GP doesn't make him a good doctor and he knows better than my cardiologist how to treat my condition he is a sadist and pathetic excuse for a human being with no compasion for someone surrering from pain.

I've been going to this doctor for about 8 years and I'm always happy but I had a very nice experience with Therese whilst getting my blood taken. She made me feel so comfortable and was completely pain free. Would highly recommend asking for Therese

This medical practice is EXCELLENT!! Not much waiting and great staff .If chest pain or really urgent you do need to inform them . Always had excellent care and advice....if anyone needed further they could always go to Ryde emergency or Concord . But the advice and care is Excellent . There are a range of highly skilled doctors to suit all personalities .

5 stars for Dr. Veena and Dr. Majid Golshan.
While they're fantastic doctors, have had mixed experiences with the others. Especially Dr. Chen. My partner and I really do not recommend him.

Daughter and I have been seeing Dr Melanie Ng for over 5 years. She is the best - experienced, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic to our concerns.

Very very happy with Dr. Vivian WU. You will get comprehensive check from her, clear explanation with your questions. So glad I finally found a good gp!

I have been coming to this place ever since I moved to Sydney 3 years ago. All other places I have been too have had terribly rude doctors. All the receptionists here a lovely. Never seen them be rude.

Medlab pathologist Teresa was kind and patience. I feel like she look after me. Very Smooth process to take out blood.

The nurse overthere is the most beautiful women all over the world. Very professional and nice.

Some of the GP's are really good and always in demand. So mostly there is a long wait for those doctors. Although the clinic prefers to have patients with prior appointments but still patients need to wait. Patients without appointments normally have to wait for hours.
