Been with this real estate for over 2 years now and they are such a GREAT team. Prompt, friendly and efficient with all requests, supported by an app which is useful outside of business hours to log any issues. On all occasions I have needed repair, they were logged and attended to by tradesmen within 72 hours. All the contractors they use are professional, punctual and friendly. If you want a quick sell, I highly recommend Jimmy. He managed to sell my property within 2 days at a reasonable price. It was not pure luck, but also his connection and clientele within Wolli Creek area. He is also hard working, responsive and you can trust him. I've had a great experience with them so far. They are typically very quick to respond to any problems I report. Often they even ask if they can come up and check the problem on the same day. Tradies are called in quickly to inspect or fix problems.
