My wife love the pairs that I purchased as a present. The Staffs are really helpful and patiently assist us in checking the styles size and color that we prefer.

came to the uggs store and this lovely lady named chloe was so much help for me, i was able to pick some gorgeous little boots for my baby nephew, thank you so much chloe <3

Be ware of how bad the customer service is from online purchase.
You need to pay for the postage for a return. Also they will charge the handling fee of $10 each item.(more than three $25 flat fee).

Thinking they are made in Australia with tag that says made in China.
I do buy Chinese articles but the dishonesty is something else.
Comes in a Auzland box.

I bought online but wrong size boots so went to their local shop wouldn't change size. That's not the way to run a business in Australia.

Avoid this company, you can not do any returns or exchanges in-store, so if sizing not correct, too bad. Go elsewhere and be very careful if you do purchase.

Prices are high and the customer service is shockingly bad.
I purchased a pair of scuffs for $79 + $10 shipping and they only lasted 12 days before the sole started coming away from the slipper.
It took another 2 weeks of emailing back and forth to get them to agree to a full refund with no return shipping costs or restocking fees.
I've since gone and purchased a new pair of Ugg scuffs from another company that were nearly $30 less expensive and have already lasted longer as well.
I'd rather go bare foot than buy anything from Ugg Australia Classic ever again.

I signed into my google account for the first time in 5 years just in the hope someone reads this and does not purchase uggs from this company. Worst service, costs associated with returns, can’t return at shop and then take as long as they feel for a refund. Trust me go somewhere else.

If there was an option to choose ‘NO’ stars, I would have. The Manager on Duty today (12/03 at 15:40), a long tall blondish lady with an accent is very, very rude, unfriendly and don’t know a thing about customer service. We wanted to purchase UGG’s but after her bad service, we will never support that store.

Went on 12march at 3:30. Tall lady is just plain rude and seems as if she is better than everyone. Don’t think she should be working in customer service.

Appalling customer service. Went in on Saturday (18/06) afternoon and walked in to see the two workers at the back chatting with each other scrolling through their social media. After looking around the store I approached them and after they didn't say anything I said "hi" to which they both looked up in disgust, like I had disturbed them from their conversation. Instantly walked out and decided to buy my ugg boots from elsewhere. I recommend everyone else do the same also.

I ordered a pair off uggs worth $120, i didnt get any confirmation and they didnt get shipped out to me. When i tried to email them i got ignored. I would not shop with these guys again.
