Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had.
Dr Patrick genuinely cares about his patient’s wellbeing and (unlike many other docs), he never rushes you out the door.
He even remembers every family member and never fails to ask about them.
He is also super considerate , helping me locate where I need to go for further tests and even does some of the blood tests himself for his elderly patients. The fact that he practices on weekends is also a plus for people that work.

Honestly, cannot speak more highly of him.

Dr Patrick is very patient and is one of the better GPs I've been to. The medical rooms are extremely clean and well renovated for a doctor's office. The front reception were sometimes a bit abrasive but has improved their customer interaction since last visit.

Dr Patrick is the most caring, thorough GP I have ever met, takes the time to deal with every issue you come up with and explains medical procedures in detail, so that anyone would understand it.
Can't imagine a better GP.

You will not find a better GP then Dr Patrick Ngo. Unlike many medical centre's where doctors grab the prescription pad and you are out the door in five minutes so they can cash as many bulk billing patients as possible, Dr Ngo takes the time to LISTEN to all of a patients health issues and advises/helps/prescribes accordingly. Dr Ngo goes further with his patients with regard to hospital referrals, alternative treatments and takes into consideration a patients financial situation, i.e., pensioner and concession card holders.
As a life long chronically ill individual who has many problems, Dr Ngo has helped me get my life back on track more than any other doctor. I cannot recommend him enough.

The doctor was professional, friendly and very thorough and spent a fair amount of time assessing the illness. I think they also cater to Vietnamese language customers if needed as their forms had translations on them.

Dr Patrick is an excellent doctor. He exhibits a level of care for his patients that is incredibly rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Dr who takes his time talking to you and assessing your problem. He did not try to throw you out as soon as you get in the door unlike some other GPs. Very professional.
