I had the most awesome experience with Takirah at your Joondalup store this morning. She was very helpful but more than that she was very knowledgeable. I wish all your staff were as efficient as her in all your branches. She has a great personality to boot. It was a great experience and I will travel over an hour just to experience her service the next time. She deserves the recognition!

I was fortunate to get a lady called Takirah, whose willingness to source the right shoes for my problem feet was superlative. Her knowledge of feet and their needs was exceptional. A lovely young lady with a great personality. I live SOR but would travel to Joondalup just so I could be helped by Takirah. Worth the trip. Mindblowing experience at the store. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time getting my shoes fitted for me yesterday at the Joondalup store served by a very nice and pretty young lady Takirah . She measured me up and gave me a special price for 2 sets of shoes one for my wife . Much appreciated was a wonderful day out for Sunday.

Perfect Customer Service! Came here for a scan and got new running shoes. After 6 weeks the sole came off. They took the shoes back without any questions and gave me new ones.

Came there with kids. We got 2 pairs for our lil girl and boy. Great staff fellow Grant did the awesome job and helped us. Much appreciated his effort at nearly end of the long shopping day.

After checking out 5 different shoe stores across two shopping centres and not really getting any service, I walked into your store a bit frustrated however left feeling great. Sarah's customer service was brilliant, was patient, did her best to cater to what I was looking for and the best thing was her knowledge on the different shoes I tried on.

A lengthy visit to the Joondalup shop today but with no outcome for my problem feet! However, a huge shout-out to Takirah for her customer service - she really went above and beyond to try to source the right fit and all this was done with the utmost patience, dedication, professionalism and genuine help. And her product knowledge and therefore footwear recommendations were amazing. While no purchase for me today, an experience where the customer really did count. Thank you Takirah!

Went in to purchase a new pair of sneakers, and have always found it hard to buy shoes due to my wide foot. Sarah was fantastic!! She listened to my needs and helped me buy the perfect shoe!! So nice to have a retail assistant who does their job well and listens to the customer!!!! Thanks Sarah!!

Went into Athlete's Foot today . I was very happy with my purchase .salesman Grant helped me with everything. My feet were measured up . And sized up perfectly. They do half sizes there too! My feet have never been so happy .

The staff member that helped us was fantastic, she offered a range of shoes and offered great advice on fitting and styles. We were really happy with our final purchases and would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Excellent customer service by Genina, very friendly, professional and patient. My gf was looking to buy a new training shoe to match her feet condition and Genina was able to use her expertise with so much patience to analyse and advise on the best shoes available. Highly recommend this store for their great customer service and quality products.

Outstanding service from Dan!

Went in today to have some gym shoes fitted, was a bit apprehensive as I'd previously had a bad experience at another franchise but needed to replace the shoes my puppy had chewed.

Dan understand my concerns and talked me through everything, he was efficient yet friendly and developed strong rapport in a short time. There was no awkward silence or stumbling over answers or leaving me for an hour like my other experience, he even talked me through the process so I knew what to expect.

I had mentioned being pressed for time and he had me in and out within 15 minutes without comprising anything and I ended up buying two pairs of comfortable and fashionable gym shoes!

I always buy my shoes from here and to be honest the last time I got a pair of shoes I was a right pain in the arse. I changed my mind three times and the girls were so amazing!! They not only had to put up with me but they were respectful and showed the best customer service out. They genuinely want to get the best shoe for you and they are really great to deal with!! I'm sure they won't want me to shop there again but I still will be haha!! Thank you so much girls and I'll see you again in six months. Love your most annoying customer, Madison
