I took one of our company laptops to EC Mates. They found problems and fixed very quickly. They explained what problems are and told us how to fix them and its cost before we progressed. Very communicative. No surprises. Wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend EC Mates to both private and corporate customers.

Had the best experience using EC mates they were really helpful and when he couldn’t fix my issue straight away he researched another solution until he could fix it. Franko went above and beyond to get a solution for my issue, I also liked that he kept me up to date with what he was doing. Franko found an excellent work around for my issue, problem solved. I would definitely recommend using these guys 👍

I cannot recommend EC Mates Joondalup highly enough. Tech whizz Carlos performed a miracle as far as I'm concerned. He retrieved all of my data/files (50GB) from an encrypted Windows account when my laptop unexpectedly died. Within a day, I had all of my files transferred to a USB. The experience was extremely stressful but working with Carlos at EC Mates, made it less so. He was efficient, friendly and extremely good at his job!! They are also very competitively priced to top it off. I'll certainly be back to them for any IT support in the future!!

Had a fantastic experience after my computer suddenly shut down and would not turn on. EC Mates was able to back up my data and reinstall my OS, getting my computer up & running much faster than any other estimates I received. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and kept me updated as well. Definitely recommend! 👍

Excellent service and support. I brought in my Dell desktop after it was hit by a power surge. Within a couple of days it had been diagnosed, a new pc built, all my data recovered and Windows reinstalled and configured. I’m happy to recommend ECMates for service, support and price

I have attended the store on two occasions, both times given excellent customer service. First time a computer upgrade was done and the second time I purchased a CV/DVD writer. On both occasions time was given to me by staff to explain what had been done and how the CV/DVD writer worked.
I can highly recommend this store.

Great service! I am came in with a broken laptop for inspection, decided it was not worth fixing. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, discussed different options, ended up building me a new PC. They were amazing helping pick out parts to meet my specifications (and budget). They got it built in 2 days and recovered my hard drive from the dead laptop. Super happy, will be back for all my computing needs!

The Guys at EC Mates are very professional and courteous , Nothing is to much trouble for them . I had my computer upgraded and lost all my email. they sorted it out without any trouble . Anything to do with computers they are the experts . I will use them for all my computer issues including purchases of new machines . I highly recommend them.

Ben, Franco and the team have been very helpful. I bought a new film editing desktop off them and they have been quite competitive in price compared to other computer stores. Fast response time & the customer service is second to none. It's great to see businesses that run and operate this way.

Bought a new computer for Christmas. It worked fine for 4 months, then wouldn't connect to the internet, no matter what we tried. Took it back to Office Works, where we bought it but they wanted to send it away which could take up to 3 months. Went to you terrific guys in Joondalup and it was fixed overnight. So worth the $100, even though it was under warranty. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend you guys to anyone. You're the best!!

After a week of hunting for a few small PC computer parts /screws that everyone else didn't have and couldn't help me with, rather than going to eBay, ecmates hooked me up with what I needed. Champions!! Thanks guys!

Lovely Staffs! Provided honest and great service! They were able to order parts and build my PC with a fast turn around time at a great price. They also have repair services which i'll definitely come back to if i run into any issues. Overall great experience!

Very professional,knowledgeable and very polite

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in upgrading my old Sony VAIO laptop and also they helped me source the original battery pack to replace the old unit. Overall, the upgrade cost is really reasonable. Would certainly recommend their services without doubt.
