Great experience here. Quick, easy and sufficient. Sent a MacBook Pro for repair because of a faulty screen and got it back within a week as all covered under warranty. Didn't have to pay a single cent! Would highly recommend Macworx for anyone looking to repair their Apple products. They also sell products here too! Definitely worth the visit.

Amazing service here. Took my laptop to macworx as the screen just turned black and started glitching.
They replaced it completely for free as it was a screen they had fitted 2 years ago.
Absolutely stoked as it would have been super expensive to purchase a new screen and I was thinking I'd have to be buying a new laptop.
They got my laptop back to me in 5 days and it's good as new.
The guy there even instructed me as to how I could update my computer as I thought that it was too old to update.

Having been here a couple of times now, I can confidently say that I am super impressed with the service/advice and products. As an Apple fan and having both a Laptop and desk top computers, my questions and queries have been met with a professional and friendly response, and in all cases, my needs have been met. This is an amazing store, offering the highest level of Customer Service, even to someone who is not very computer-savvy, like myself. Matt was incredibly friendly and patient. Service like this is hard to find and, soon, I plan to invest in a new computer from Macworx. I know their after-sales Support will be far greater than anything offered by their local, big brand competitors. Try them for yourselves.

My Mac laptop was having technical issues with words becoming symbols instead of words, and some related problems, which was very frustrating and the technician from Apple could not access my laptop remotely which was one of the problems. He recommended that I go into the Apple Store in the city or to MacWorx at Joondalup, to get the problem sorted.

I chose MacWorx that I did not know existed, because it was closer to home. It also avoided the parking problems of going into the city and also meant that there were service personnel who could attend to me as a walk-in.

The gentleman who looked at my computer was sure that my problem may have been due to the upgrade that was taking place and because of the end of the life of my laptop battery, that may have been causing the technical issues. He also said that he would see if he could get me a new keyboard and batttery for free. My computer is only around 3 years old. Many of the keyboard letters had lost all colour, and the space bar was not working, allowing all words to be typed, but running into each other because the space bar would stick at the end of each word.

So a few days later, I got my laptop back with a new battery and new keyboard with letters I can see and a space bar that allows me to type smoothly.

I really recommend that those with Mac issues go and see these guys up at Joondalup. It was such a refreshing experience to receive good personal service and to receive a new keyboard and battery without charge.

Took my 12 years old mac book pro (about 2 years ago) in for a new hard drive. He put one in for free because it was do old, which took me by surprise. I really appreciated it. Thanks guys

Had my MacBook battery replaced. Was very quick and easy. Great service.

They saved my life on an overseas holiday where I had some work to do, when my charger died and i thought i was going to be up for a new computer and lost data. Turned out it was more a ‘user related error’, but these guys didn’t even charge me!

I have dealt with Macworx for over ten years. I have bought a number of MacBooks and iMacs, peripheral and a few external dives.....this has all happened without fuss and as planned.
In addition to the above Macworx have assisted and solved a number of glitches with my devices, again without fuss and with a positive result.
All in all a top shelf Mac agent who understands the product.

No one is ever happy with their mechanic... except me it seems. I recommend Macworx to everyone. If you want bright, shiny and showy, go to the Apple Store, if you want honest straight up repairs, services that Apple won’t do or an actual person to speak to rather than a robot, you won’t beat these guys. They offer outside the box fixes you simply don’t find when it comes to Apple gear. Cheers guys.

Amazing customer service, the Macworx crew handled my MacBook issues quickly. I have been in many times over the past 6 years and without fail received amazing customer service every time. Repairs were done as fast and efficiently as possible, and I would recommend anyone in need of a repair or help to go there, had a much better experience than at the Apple Store on Hay Street.

The team at Macworx are knowledgable, professional and provide excellent customer service. My Macbook Pro is a core item of my work as a DJ, recently I had some big ticket repairs on my MBP and the team turned the job around very quickly and when an intermittent fault presented itself, team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem providing me with the most cost effective solution to get me going again. Fantastic experience! My brand new MacBook Pro would not turn on, so I took it to Macworx Joondalup, and was helped by Dan. He was amazing! He helped me right away, tried everything he could and explained to me what my options were. I am hopeless with technology, and yet felt so much better from the exceptional service I experienced. Went into store today to seek assistance with my AppleTv and iPhone 6. Steven was fantastic and his customer service skills were on point. After he had diagnosed and resolved all the issues I had he refused any payment and was happy to assist. This level of service is rare to experience these days and I walked out so pleased with MacWorx. Would highly recommend the team to anyone. Thanks guys very very happy with your service.
