I often drop in to this Puma at 5am on my way North. That’s because I get to have a friendly chat with Kylie and a yummy coffee ready to go, from her spotless counter. I appreciate the people who work through the night for our convenience.

Puma Dianella is the place to come to for great customer service. Kylie is the most bubbly and enthusiastic lady. I came in very early to fuel up. Considering it was 2am I was expecting grumpy staff. But was blown away with her customer service.
She is a great staff member.
Looking forward to seeing her again.
She definitely needs some commendation.

I would just like to commend Roz on her excellent customer service. She is always there in the morning to brighten up your day. Always smiling and happy. Her customer service is second to none and should not go un-noticed. She is an absolute asset to your company and should be commended on her excellent customer service.

Puma garages are very efficient clean and friendly places to shop and get fuel. They have yummy stuff to eat and hot and cold drinks. They also have a great stock of lollies!! If you're an RAC member you get discounts so don't forget to show your card.

Went too puma dianella for first time in 5 months stopped going when kylie left this morning I found kylie is back working there about bloody time you lot got kylie back I can start getting my chilli pies again

Mondays are the day to get your very cheap fuel here . Always busy on Mondays and you get 4 cents off per liter if you are an RAC member .
