Commonwealth Bank Gatton Branch

I went into the bank today and met two of the members. One lady at the counter was very helpful with outstanding communication. Later she directed me to the office to deal with one other member to assist my car purchase. I was shocked that she took these time to call the dealer and clarify with them to ensure everything is correct and guide me through all the steps without leaving any doubt behind. If this isn’t the best customer service, I don’t know who else can do better. Again, thanks for your assistance.

Came opening account this morning. The staff (Laura) was efficient, professional and friendly.

There were a few persons queuing waiting the bank opening including us.

Finally, we spent 30 mins for the whole process :)

We went there for exchanging AUD to NZD. Although we couldn’t get NZD immediately, the staff-Laura is super professional. She offered us an other product to solve our request. Besides, Laura explained everything carefully. She deserves a reward. 👍👍

This bank accomodated me when I first moved to Laidley. I was being assisted by their customer service personnel and had my application processed in no time. The next few days, I received then my card. So, I always had a prompt service everytime I visit them so I have no complain.

Long term comm-bank customer, had both my personal and business accounts with them for years.
I like comm-bank but i don't like this branch. Its always a drama to get in and talk to someone, normally huge waits with little results if any.
Had an issue with my account today and i would have to re-book to come back, ended up driving 1 1/2 hours back to my old branch and had the issue resolved in 5 minutes, and my additional account set up in another 5 minutes, with a total of me in and out in 10minutes.
If a Commonwealth Bank representative is reading this then i suggest you really need to come and do an investigation into this branch.

Once upon a time this Bank had tellers and gave service. Now they stop you at the door and force you to serve your self, they offer NO Service. Customers not only prop up their big profits but now are forced to work with no pay for them! Sad excuse for a Bank everything is just too much trouble for them to do, Customer Service is now a distant Myth here.

this branch used to be good, but now with their fake smiles and asking too many personal questions like what are you doing with your money? well, firstly its none of your business if i want to spend it on bills, shopping , buying 420 or even on the prostostutes! its none of your business gestapo cba!

Staff had no idea what she was talking about. Have me false information several times and absolutely mucked us around for weeks. Tried emailing and phoning specific staff member and she would return my calls or messages. Am a local but prefer to go to elsewhere for banking.

I asked for them politely to put the money in the bag and they called the cops on me. I am now being faced with charges of Robbery and assault.

After 45 fricken years with this bank, im leaving!!!!
