Starbucks QVB

Works nearby and love coming in for a nice coffee... You can actually smell the nice flavour coffee from far.
Staff are really friendly and professional with their work.
Love my usual green tea latte with soy milk.
Only thing is the place for seating are too narrow and it’s really hard to find a decent place to sit and area gets a bit dirty sometimes.
Well as long as they serve good coffee that’s what matter most.

I visited this store during 4pm and there was a slight line but no major wait. The lady serving my friend and I was nice and took our order quickly. We waited for a few minutes for our drinks and pastries. The lady who made our drinks was super friendly and apologised for the wait time but it was honestly not even long. The tables inside are a small for two people, but for drinks only it would be okay. I got the acai lemonade fresher and it was really good. Subtle taste of the strawberry with a slight soda taste. My friend ordered the matcha espresso and personally it wasn't too bad - my friend enjoyed it though. The best part was our pastries. The almond croissant was only $2.30 and it was absolutely delightful. I would definitely order it again. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I will be back.

the customer service is, on the whole, excellent. it gets a bit crazy at times but they do seem to manage considering how many people come through. they work very hard and still manage to be nice and friendly. shout out to Jesse, Dale, and a couple of the other staff members (im sorry I can't remember their names!) for remembering my name, my order and greeting me like a regular, considering how many people they must see throughout the day. it doesn't go unappreciated. thank you.

Fantastic staff here on my visit! It was really busy but they were happy to make coffee in ceramic mugs to avoid takeaway cups. Vegan menu food is on offer here and I had the vegetable roll that was pretty delicious! Didn't wait very long considering how busy the place was either, always worth a stop in at Starbucks!!

Came for cold brew and cappuccino. Tastes the same no complaints. It’s was quiet busy today but service we good and polite. Did not wait long.

I come here every day that I work and the staff are always friendly, and the service is always quick. Today I spilled my drink all over the floor and Thao helped me clean it up and then replaced it for me, she was so kind and generous and it really was just a small gesture that made my day that bit better - she is a star of a worker ❤

It's a little pricy but worth it for the best pumpkin spice in Sydney

u get so much seratonin when they put a silly little smiley face next to ur name too.

Team member Rick has the best customer service I have ever seen.
Super friendly and energetic.
I hope his managers know how much of a green he is.

My fave drinks are the cinnamon dolce & pumpkin spice. Honeycomb latte was nice too :)

One excited young lady to have her first experience of Starbucks. Enjoying her Strawberries and cream frappe and rainbow bagel. Wow even had an order/receipt with her name on it. Will be long remembered.😉👍👍👍

The thing I like most about Sbux QVB - is the early opening time! The 2nd - when I order my usual drip brew they actually REMEMBERED to serve it within the standard 5 min waiting time. As opposed to a 10 min wait at other stores that usually forget to fill the cup. This point really *impressed* me, as I was there during a busy period

There's also ample seating here & the store is well lit. 1st time I've seen a cinnamon roll in a Sydney store. Goes down well with my brew 👍🏻

Visited in the morning and had a lovely experience! The coffee was made very quickly and tasted amazing. I particularly enjoyed my interaction with a staff member named Rick who had a bubbly personality and was incredibly helpful!

Was so happy to see a Starbucks while I was shopping. The staff were super friendly and helped me figure out how to use my Canadian gift card! My latte was perfect and so creamy.

The ambience was pretty good. The drinks were good. The service was fast and the staff were also friendly and attentive.  You can try matcha latte or cappuccino both are a awesome.

Quite small place and not many seats available. Good for take away but might be considerable for dine-in.

Good coffee and food. Can't compare with aussie coffee just different taste different style. Just drink and see you will know.

Love the location. Pleasant staff. Great coffee, and the new pumpkin spiced cream donut is scrummo.

Great and friendly staff who are attentive to detail. They always get my drink right. I love their Frappuccinos. And the service is fast too. Would recommend
