A great service recovery after taking our drink order but forgetting our lunch order. We asked after 1/2 hour and he was so honestly apologetic, retook the order and delivered the meal within minutes and gave us free drinks. Food fabulous. Loved the eggplant dish. This has never happened to a friend who is a regular before.

I never really have Northern style Thai food but this place produced some absolutely amazing food!

I loved their nam prik ong (minced dip) and their prawn pad thai which was wrapped in an egg omelette.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pepper Seeds in Redfern! This halal Northern Thai-style gem is a must-visit in Sydney. From the flavorful dishes like the Nam Prik Ong and Hung Lay beef stew to the refreshing happy hour drinks, every bite and sip was a delight. Don't miss out on their signature Egg Net Pad Thai—it's divine! The ambiance is cozy, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine.

This Thai place is close to my work place. This is the only place offer halal option around the area. And there service is really good. I have dine few times also have order take out many time. They are really fast but taste is always great. Food portion also decent amount. My go to place for my office day lunch take out. Highly recommend them.

My current BEST Thai restaurant in Sydney!! I’ve been there several times never do they disappoint. The food is amazing and the staff are nice and friendly. Weekday lunch time is super busy, but I like that they have a hot food counter with more reasonable prices. For a Thai restaurant it may be more expensive and fancier but it’s worth it.

We came for lunch and really liked it! Food was delicious and portions quite big. Only the service could be a little more attentive.

The taste and quality of the food were excellent especially the curry fish. The dishes were decorated very nicely. The cocktail drinks are so good as well.
The staff are friendly, courteous and have a great service mind. The ambient is so good.
The price is reasonable. Highly recommend coming and trying.

a secluded thai restaurant that i never would have found intentionally and i'm super glad i did here. it's a gorgeous looking place with delicious and well priced food, along with occasional deals and super friendly, helpful staff. the food here was fantastic, and i would love to come back again at some point. we had the peking duck pancakes, moon light soft shell crab, and one of their specialty chicken fried rice variants if i recall. it took about 15 minutes for all the food to arrive and i couldn't wait to dig in. i was a little skeptical about the soft shell crab at first but boy was it the most delicious dish i've had in such a long time. i don't know how they did it but the flavours are incorporated so well that one does not overtake the other and everything just.. *compliments*. the peking duck pancakes were also great, and made me wish there were much more (4 pieces total). it arrived first so we devoured the heck out of it. the fried rice was average at best, i was confused at first when we received it since it was nothing like i expected but it was still alright. it was a little bland when compared to the crab for sure, though it was still good to have on its own. we tookaway what we couldnt finish, and left eventually. i'm excited and hopeful for the next visit to try more new things on the menu!

Really enjoyed eating here with my parents. Great place for a quiet dinner with friends or family. Food was great and served rather quickly. The wait staff was so courteous and nice- the guy who took our order gave good recommendations cos my mom isn't a fan of spicy dishes 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯

The waitress’s recommendations were all fantastic although I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. We had the scallops for entree and lamb shank massaman and lucky ducky for mains. The service was also friendly. Will definitely go back and have already recommended it to friends who have gone and also loved it.

Yummy food, great ambiance and quick service.

Delicious food, good service and pleasant ambiance. We were seated near a large group who were feasting on decent sized portions so ended up ordering a couple of dishes with rice, plenty for the both of us.
Massaman lamb shanks was lovely, but the Chu Choo whole barramundi was our favourite, crispy and flavoursome!
Convenient in the rain as there is free undercover parking after 6pm at ‘The Foundry Car Park’ (entrance via 2 Central Avenue) or 2 hours free with digital validation inside the restaurant.

Service is great for both dining in and takeaway! The food is so yummy and filling, especially the massaman curry and the chilli jam noodle with duck 😇 I put leftovers in takeaway containers both times I dined there because I got full so easily, also love the Thai milk tea that they sell, definitely go check it out!

I have always loved my visit to Pepper Seeds, and even after a few years, I'm always delighted to be back. My only wish is that they bring back the papaya salad!

Lovely venue for lunch and dinner with very friendly and helpful staff. We tried the northern Thai curry and some starters, plus some mango sticky rice dessert which were delicious!

Fantastic, vibrant Thai dishes, some of which I had never tried before. The prawn egg net was a treat. The setting is relaxing and welcoming. Will definitely come back.

Great value and taste for the lunch time meal. I got the two options with chilli stir fry chicken and slow cooked beef curry
