Alfy's Toy Shop went above and beyond in customer service! After purchasing toys from their online store for my 4-year-old niece's birthday - to be delivered directly to her - I emailed them and asked if they wouldn't mind adding a note with the gift. They added a note and wrapped the toys in lovely wrapping paper that was perfect for my niece. 5 star service!!

Has to be one of my favorite stores in Sydney! When it comes to toys and figures, (specially 80's and 90's) this place is the best. From entering a nostalgic toy world, to browsing the vintage museum at the back, it's a pleasure chatting with Alfy and his friendly staff, who have great knowledge on collectables. Whenever the visit, I never tend to leave empty handed. Ever since I found Alfy's New & Vintage Toy Shop, always enjoy, dropping by, now and then to see what's new. :)

I bought a firefighter Barbie for a doll-collecting friend to cheer him up. He loved it! The doll was delivered quickly and in excellent condition, and not overpriced. I love this store.

Alfies mission is the coolest and has the most unique clothes! Whenever I wear their clothes out I get so many compliments. Its got great customer service and quick replies and postage!! Could not recommend this brand more

Went the other day to buy some marvel figures, i have to say that i had a great time while i was there, amazing attitude and goodwill to help me with all my questions and doubts, very good vibes and very professional with their customer service. I definitely recomend 100% this store. 5 STAR SERVICE!

Great and friendly customer service! Fast in replying to emails. Good range of toys and collectables, including hard to find ones. Every toy there well looked after. I couldn't spot a spec of dust. Nice packing. Highly recommended. Please give them a try!

Unfortunately the items i ordered had missing parts and defects, definitely not the shops fault . They have acknowledged this and provided a full refund the next day! Their customer service and customer focus is top notch. Thank you once again Alfy. I will definitely buy more collectibles from you !

It has toys. I specifically came here for toys and toys was what I found. I don’t really like toys, but my life has led me to the point where I would need to buy a toy for one reason or another. Low and behold I found a shop with toys. Out the wazoo!
Like, seriously, these things were all over the place, I nearly DROWNED in toys I was struggling to breathe from the plastic painted faces of various anthropomorphic effigies of cultural figures known and unknown to myself. Dead set, my wife reached for my hand to help me out of this cumbersome ordeal but it’s only because this place has so many god damn toys. So if toys is what you want… then toys is what you’ll get baby!

Because the where out of stock here at Alfy.

But next time I’ll just order the lot from Alfy and wait for the stock .

Wow what a wonderful and awesome shop. They are helpful and knowledgeable staff, with a nice rage of collectables, form Kamen rider to G1 transformers ,voltron, robotech to dc and marvel super heroes. However not everything is for sale. I can certainly recommend to go there and check out this collators store.
