I made an inquiry about the nce washing machine in my caravan which was out of warranty. The washing machine wasn't emptying, Steve contacted nce and was able to get a new pump from them for me at no cost. After having the caravan booked in last Thursday April 11 the washing machine is working perfectly. I found the Parkes Service Centre team to be very helpful to me.

Great service from Dyllan and Thomas. Called this morning for a small repair, got us straight in and all fixed. On our way again. thanks guys.

Thanks Shawn for sorting out our Truma Hot Water issues with our Knaus Motorhome. Very efficient, friendly service, reasonable priced and at a couple of days notice. Highly recommend.

Shawn and the crew in the workshop where fantastic. We where coming through town with a non working fridge and even though they were very busy took the time to have a look and see if they could hepl out. Sadly fridgewas on a slow death that they could not help with but they still did the best they could so we coild continue down the road to get help later.

About 5 months ago we were having issues with one of the wheel brakes on our new caravan. Steve McGuire from Parkes Caravans was very helpful and solved the problem for us. We highly recommend Steve and his team to all fellow grey nomads.

I broke a clip on the pop-top hold-down clip and visited Parkes Caravans for assistance. Troy riveted the clip back in place without charge to enable us to continue our holiday. The service was excellent and I would recomment Parkes Caravan to anyone passing through.
