The staff is very patient and professional.
Bree one of the beauty advisor in Dior knows about makeup colour tones. I asked her for my foundation shade and she was able to pick the correct shade without asking if I had any previous foundation within 1 minute. The most impressive thing is she could analyse my skin tone and my foundation shade with just her bare eyes and I was also wearing another foundation on top. She knows which product I should get and really professional environment for the rush hour.
Hopefully Dior would keep good staffs like this so all customers will have a good impression about the store and the brand.

Went there to try my luck with limited edition items, had a chance to meet lovely Sujina 😊 she was very helpful and friendly. Best ever experience I came across in all the brand counters.

I really appreciate for Sarah who provided excellent costumer service on Thursday (25th Nov 2021).
I asked Savage sample to test for my hubby, but there was no sample at the counter.
Luckily, she helped me to spray 3 of savages on testing paper with handwritten name on each paper, which was lovely 🥰.

My experience at Dior Beauty Counter in this Myer store was absolutely unpleasant. I went in and asked the SA for Dior Addict Lipstick Refillable as I already have the lipstick case. The SA said she cannot find the colour (418 Beige Oblique) that I wanted. So I told her I will browse for other colours. I was being left alone and the second SA came and asked if I needed help. I told her what happened, and very oddly, she managed to find the 418 Beige Oblique lipstick refillable and also other colours that I wanted. As much as I feel thankful for her help, the most absurd thing is when I asked if the Dior Addict lipstick case in Burgundy colour is available for purchase , the second SA said I have to sign up for Dior MasterClass course in order to be able to purchase. So I ended up signing up for the Masterclass for $150. As I was in a rush, I quickly purchased the MasterClass course and the refillable lipsticks without giving another second thought although I find it really odd. When I went home, I checked that you can actually buy the Dior Addict lipstick case in Burgundy colour online in Myer website and also Dior Beauty website. After this experience, I prefer buying Dior Beauty products online as the information given was more accurate and the stock availability is more transparent.

Two days prior to the Masterclass, the SA, Marcy, texted me for my wishlist and she mentioned she would get them ready. When I reached the Masterclass, the items were not ready and some even out of stock. I felt that I am being conned into paying this $150 class. The Masterclass was overall terrible. It was similar to how you go up to the counter and tried the products. At the end of the Masterclass, I still did not know which shade of foundation suit my face, or which skincare suit my combination face. I’m utterly disappointed and upset. The whole experience was horrible.

Lovely items , but still curious about staff lady, if they wanna take pictures of customers and without asking, it’s pretty rude and disrespectful, I asked are u taking pictures? And the staff lady was saying oh your flowers just so 😍 pretty, that’s no the reason u can do that without a simple question, ummmmmmmmmmm I Asked twice and no one says anything about oh sorry oh thank u,nothing🤨I bought 300 dollars products but anyway, that’s fishy and little bit uncomfortable☹☹☹
