Used the facility at Mittagong for a few months to store excess stuff whilst building. I have always been a bit dubious of self storage facilities, but I have to say that Kennards Mittagong laid all my fears to rest.
The staff are friendly, helpful and totally upfront about fees and charges - and very flexible and fair. The facility is spotlessly clean, well maintained and managed with 24 hr security to give total peace of mind. Access is simple and convenient - 24 hours a day.
The cost is reasonable and any unused time you've paid for is refunded to the day.
I can highly recommend Kennards Mittagong if you need self storage and Bruce and the team will look after you and your belongings.

The team at Kennards were absolutely fantastic. I needed storage quickly, I walked in and got just the right sized storage unit for my purposes which I needed for six months, on the same day. I needed some boxes and bags and I was helped out with these, I was able to order some items also. The security is excellent at the facility and I always felt that my stored goods were safe. The service was so friendly, when I didn’t use the entire month I got a refund from them, I didn’t ask for it they offered it, I cannot fault the wonderful standard of service and professionalism at Kennards Mittagong.

Steve and Colin were a fantastic help today, excellent service! The storage locker is fantastic also, perfect size for what I needed, and the trolley and lift make it super easy to access. Highly recommended!

Colin and Steve are always willing to go out of their way to help and find a unit that meets your needs. It's easy to pick up boxes and supplies here too. Having an onsite trailer and the 24hr access has been really convenient for late night sorting.

Clean, secure and readily accessible with friendly service provided at all times during the period of storage. Kennards also provide a resource for purchasing all the items necessary for worry free packing prior to the move.

Colin in the Mittagong Office was awesome. We had some issues getting all the paperwork squared away, but after a quick phone call, Colin fixed the problem and had 2 sheds available. As this was for business use and had a major impact on our South Coast operation, I really appreciate the flexibility shown to us. Colin made sure the 2 sheds were ready to go for the scheduled delivery (due the next morning).
Looking forward to working with the Team throughout NSW, as our storage needs are expanding considerably over the next 12 months.
