Totally Workwear Ballina Byron

Went to find some steel-toe work boots and they had a great selection with helpful staff. Found a good pair and asked the staff if they knew of any busses running back to Byron, they informed me the bus serve was sub par and offered to personally give my a ride after they closed as they were going that way.
The kindest service I’ve ever received and a good pair of boots bought!

I received amazing help from Chelsea last weekend, she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, nothing was a bother, she is truely an amazing asset to the store

Coming back from Newcastle needed a pair of workboots stopped into Ballina store way through great store well stocked had the size and boots I needed friendly staff will recommend store and company..

They have really nice clothing, sizes fit well. I went in there to buy hospitality clothing and I had some really great service, helped me to get the correct size even though I was very picky and they were so kind to me. Always a great experience with staff. The staff are always helpful and friendly. With special mention to Patience for her professionalism and calm when I witnessed her attend to an irate and irrational customer today. The way she calmly asked the customer to respect her after being continuously insulted was priceless! Patience, you live up to your name! The professional service at Ballina Totally workwear was outstanding. Not only was the service friendly and helpful and guided me through the products of high quality and what areas on my body the product would help my body and how . Example a pair of boots, that podiatrist recommend that mould to my foot, no need for gel insoles, that will support my feet, knees, hips and lower back. After a weeks work in older boots, the pain was immense, now I feel like I am walking on clouds and that is amazing for myself but also the company I am working for because this will increase company production. Awesome, service. Outstanding products and will certainly be going back.
