One of the best lunches ever! Flavours were amazing. Simple yet satisfying and absolutely delicious. The roasted cauliflower with cheese fondue sauce was so good and so were the squid ink pasta with clams and nduja. Little anchovies, big flavours! Place has a good vibe.

Had a great Sunday lunch here for a friends birthday. The menu is designed to share so we ordered most things for a party of 7 adults. We also had 2 kids with us and unfortunately they didn't have a kids menu, but they did whip up a cheesey gnocchi to accommodate. The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend going in a group so that you can order a variety - the notable stand outs for me were the anchovy crostinis, butterflied king prawns and the pasta with clams and nduja (but to be honest, everything was good!). Service was great too - will definitely be back!

Went to this fabulous little restaurant and bar last week. The food was so delicious, fresh, tasty and locally sourced. The pork gnocchi was particularly good. The staff are professional yet so friendly, a relaxed, warm atmosphere for either a group or a couple. Look forward to a return visit!!

We have been walking past this restaurant for several months wanting to visit. We finally did and what a lovely surprise. The staff are amazing as was the food. We shared a bruschetta first which was delicious. My main of gnocchi with lamb ragu was outstanding. this restaurant makes a lovely addition to our local dining options. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Terrific service and excellent food. I loved the cauliflower and the stracciatella! Steak looks amazing too. Great selection of cocktails at a good price point. The grapefruit daquiri was delish and my brother couldn’t get enough of the negroni I think he had about 4! Nice range of seating and big room out the back which would be suitable for functions. Makes a nice change from some of the other bars in the area I’ll defs be back!

Great little spot for a chilled weekday dinner date - service was super and we thought the steak frites was v good and at a very reasonable price. Oysters were tops as well. Thanks guys !

Just had the best late lunch at this lovely bar and restaurant.One of my favs! Delicious food, great bar and wine list and fabulous service. Have been here several times and each time is as enjoyable as the last. Good central spot and easy to get to. Love the sharing menu and the option to start with a cocktail is good fun! No matter whether lunch or dinner, food is always so tasty and good value. Love the decor too! Looking forward to my next visit already!

We came here on a sunny Sunday arvo and had such a lovely time. The food was delicious, oysters super fresh and good cocktails. Service was perfect, friendly and attentive but never overbearing. Live music was a huge bonus and overall just an amazing vibe.

My partner and I had a really pleasant quick dinner here last night, the service was attentive and welcoming. Food was really nice - Pate and Oysters stand outs. Would give 4.5 stars if allowed as I believe the portion sizes in comparison to the prices are a bit off. $26 for the gnocchi (although very nice) for a small bowl and the meat selection contained 4 slices of Ham and 4 Salami. Other than this was a great dinner with some lovely wine. I will be back!

Amazing service, best I’ve had in a long time. Good wine and food, especially loved the pate and calamari. Even just the grilling of the bread for the pate was spot on and worthy of being eaten on its own. And to my surprise the sticky Riesling was extra special (normally don’t like my sticky whites, only reds). Good to see some bolder international wines in the mix too. Thank you - We had such a great night!

Service was best I have had in Sydney. My partner and I were celebrating an anniversary. The waitress moved us to a quieter table after a loud group came in nearby. Great insight, amazing food the cauliflower cheese fondue..yum! Will definitely go again.

First of all, the name may be Arms Length, but the staff are definitely not distant in terms of hospitality service or emotional support (a joke, LOL!) as they are friendly, warm, and attentive. I was served by Rosie, who had very interestingly decorated nails and pink coloured eyelashes, which is not something I’m used to seeing, but I thought “Ho hum!” and gave her a chance to change my mind, and she turned out to be one of the most lovely, caring, and well mannered teenagers I’ve ever met! She took care of my every need and found all of my various jokes funny — a great sense of humour! If you go here, I highly recommend starting off your experience by telling the staff an unexpected joke or pun :)

Also, the food was delightful. Having grown up with a debilitating eating disorder and chronic, clinical depression, eating is something I normally look forward to with about as much excitement as a sober circumc*sion. Arms Length changed everything for me! I ordered an olive and some pasta which I’m not sure exactly what it was, but it was delightful! I also ordered the steak, which is unusual for me to do as I am strictly vegan, but it just looked so good I couldn’t help myself! That was delightful as well and definitely tasted of meat. No complaints at all!

The alcohol is also very deliciouso (sorry, I can’t help myself, I’ve just been to Italy 🇮🇹). If you can’t decide what to get, the staff are super willing to help you by pointing out some drinks which pair well with your food. They DEFINITELY have experience with alcohol and I was very impressed 😊

Would recommend to absolutely everyone, except for those of you out there who hate quirky jokes, good food, and an emanating aura of amore 🙏🏼❤

Amazing food and great value ! They had a deal on Sundays for 6 dollar wine which was delicious, highly recommend for a chilled dinner that’s not too far from the city centre

We had a group booking last Saturday, food and service excellent. Really enjoyed all the food as we had a great selection. Cocktails and wines very good too.

Great little local restaurant with excellent service, food and atmosphere. We had the steak, salad, gnocchi and a desert - all delicious! They had reasonably priced drinks menu which is a welcome change! Will certainly be returning to this gem to try the rest of their menu.

Food was better than expected after reading the menu. It actually doesn't do itself justice.
Two sisters run the restaurant, one of which was our waitress, Rosie. Very personable and accommodating.
Will definitely come back again.
