Couldn't be happier with the service here, hands down the most warm and welcoming cake shop I've ever been to. Ordered a custom cake and it is better than what I'd imagined

Yum cake

Collected a cake ordered 2 days prior. Cake decorated with rotten and mouldy strawberries. Complained to staff who claim their cakes are made fresh each day. Very disappointed, especially as strawberries are in season and abundant right now. No refund or exhange offered either. 1 Star Review. Will not return or recommend.

I ordered for Cup cakes 5 days in advance, before 30 minutes pickup time ,she called me and asked she can't do it the way i asked. And when i went to pick up , it blows my mind to see what she did was totally opposites what i asked. And she got Very Rude when i asked her thats not what i want. She told me not to come back again. That was the peak of ruthless Customer Service Experienced i ever had. If she couldn't do it, she could have told me earlier so i ordered somewhere else. She left me with no choice now! I still paid her for that!
Never going back again, and don't recommend anyone going there!
