I could not speak more highly of this venue and of all the work that Sarah does to make all of her client's wedding days stress free, affordable and absolutely stunning. Sarah took my brief and turned it into everything I had hoped for and more. Her staff were so hard working and friendly and Sarah stayed on site the entire time. All of the vendors we used from Mudgee adore working with Sarah which made things super easy as well. Thank you so much Sarah and Tim for hosting our big day at your beautiful venue.

The Vinegrove is the most incredible wedding space. Sarah is so helpful and easy to work with, and she creates an amazing space based on your brief. We have had so many compliments since our wedding and the words "perfect venue" have been used by multiple people! I wish we could re -live the day over and over. Sarah was easy going and trustworthy, she made my colourful dream wedding vision come to life. I can't wait for the professional photos to come back.

Sarah and Tim have created the most incredible and unique wedding space. We had the best day of our lives and it was all thanks to the way they took note of every detail down to flowers, candles and table settings and made it into our dream wedding. This also meant that we had very minimal wedding preparation stress!

There is no place better for a destination or country wedding - 10/10!

The Vinegrove is a spectacular venue. We had our wedding there in May. Sarah is such a dream to work with & the Autumn colours on the property were magic! Sarah has an eye for detail and styled everything exactly how I had envisioned. We received so much lovely feedback from guests on saying how beautiful our wedding was 🤍🍁🍷

Look no further, this is the perfect location for your wedding! The venue is stunning and Sarah and Tim are amazing hosts. We couldn't have wished for a better wedding and our guests were blown away by the Vinegrove. Not only is the venue stunning but Sarah provides invaluable advice and support all the way through from booking to event. She can tailor it to suit your needs and wishes and works tirelessly during the event to ensure it goes smoothly. It is close to Mudgee town centre but far enough away to feel like you are in your own oasis! If you want a destination wedding with everything you need at one location there is nowhere better!

We attended my great nieces wedding at Vinegrove last Friday. It was the best wedding that we've been to, ever.
Vinegrove is a magnificent venue. The hosts and their staff are very welcoming and friendly. The service was excellent, as was the food and presentation.

What an incredible venue! Look no further than The Vinegrove! Sarah has created a beautiful space that caters to both the bridal party and your guests. She is incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process very easy and stress free! She also has an amazing eye for detail and can make your Pinterest wedding dreams come true! I got married here in October 2023 and it was a magical day - there are no other words to describe it. All of our guests are still talking about the wedding weeks afterwards and many have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Even after reading so many amazing reviews and having a few friends who had raved and raved about being to a wedding at the same venue. I thought well it can’t be that perfect, and the day will be amazing! But I was so wrong, it was perfect, to another level! Sarah and Tim have the most beautiful venue. Down to every single detail. Everywhere you look there is the most beautiful tasteful touches.
The house on the property is the most cosy little place, my bridesmaids and myself stayed the night of and it was just so easy and relaxing to get ready there the day of.
Sarah also decorated the tent, the arbour and signage for us as part of our package. Someone like myself who isn’t very creative or have a good eye, I was able to provide her with a few colours, some flower ideas, and she created a vision that was better then I could have imagined. Or even if you have a precise vision, she will make it happen.
Sarah ran around all day and night making each moment of the day perfect. I have had so many complements from all guests commenting they saw her prepping, sorting, organising throughout the entire day and night making it just flow like we had rehearsed 50’times over. I am so sad that it was only one day, I wish We could do it all over again.
Nothing was too difficult for her and she was so easy to get in contact with.
Thank you so much Sarah and tim for making one of the most beautiful and best days of our lives, better than we could have ever imagined.

If you're looking for the perfect wedding reception venue, Vinegrove is the best! My wife and I had our wedding reception there, and we couldn't have been happier.

First of all, the location is absolutely stunning. The vineyard and gardens provide the perfect backdrop for your special day. The attention to detail in every aspect of the venue is simply incredible, from the beautiful landscaping to the carefully curated decor.

But what really sets Vinegrove apart is the owner, Sarah. She is simply amazing. From the moment we first contacted her, we knew we were in good hands. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, and she went out of her way to make sure every detail of our reception was perfect.

Sarah's experience and expertise are truly second to none. She helped us with everything from choosing the perfect menu to selecting the right vendors, and she was always there to answer our questions and offer guidance throughout the planning process.

On the day of our reception, Sarah and her staff were simply fantastic. They even helped us manage some last-minute changes due to weather, and everything went off without a hitch.

All in all, I can't recommend Vinegrove and Sarah highly enough. If you're looking for a wedding reception venue that combines beauty, elegance, and top-notch service, look no further than Vinegrove. Sarah will take care of everything and make sure your special day is truly unforgettable.

We had a sunny day which made the decision to have an outdoor wedding possible. The venue had multiple spaces for different phases of the wedding. Thought more attention could have been given to the ceremony section. Just putting white chairs on grass felt a bit plain. Good giant floral wreath for bridal party to stand under. Chairs on the aisle needed ribbons or flowers. Bridal path maybe some petals. All just a bit plain. However the actual reception venue was spectacular. Beautiful tent draped in white organza. Big central display of hanging flowers and chandeliers. The outside seating spaces for chatting and playing games excellent. Fire pit good too. Food and service excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Toilets clean and very accessible. Very happy night and overall the whole evening event was very successful helped by good weather.

We just got married at the Vinegrove and it was the perfect event. With Sarah and Tim (the owners) by our side there was not a moment of stress or panic. They look after pretty much everything plus have an amazing eye for design and make the venue look magical. Cannot recommend The Vinegrove enough!

Just book it!! An amazing homestead among the vines. Private, spacious and still close to the heart of Mudgee and wineries. We had an awesome time with our family. The surroundings are amazing, you have more space than you can use to relax with a picnic blanket on the grass overlooking the vines. This is a very private property and the house, gardens, artwork is amazing. Even child friendly, our 19 month old loved walking around the grass and vines just exploring. The house is large and open planned and has everything you need. Thanks so much Sarah and Tim for a great stay.

We got married at the VInegrove last year and the whole experience was incredible. Sarah is absolute amazing and the venue is spectacular.

We met with Sarah to see the venue a few times before the wedding and spoke on the phone several times as COVID restrictions were coming in before our wedding. She was very supportive and helpful through it all. We were very lucky and couldn't have asked for more!

What an amazing place!!! Our daughter Abby married Christian at The Vinegrove on 22/5/21. We all couldn't have asked for a better venue or hosts - Sarah and Tim. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went so smoothly.
I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Anyone who is thinking of having a destination wedding PLEASE do yourself a favour and get in touch with them. At the very least, go and have a look and talk to Sarah. You will see that Sarah truly cares for the couple getting married and goes out of her way to make sure nothing is missed. She makes the lead up to the wedding as smooth as possible which in turn helps to make the day perfect, it really was in our case.
We used Mudgee Catering Co for the food. Again, absolutely sensational. They actually looked at us a bit funny in an early meeting when we said we were worried there might not be enough food. The answer was "You're in the country, of course there'll be enough food". Turns out there was more than enough and all the guests commented how beautiful the food was.
Many of our guests said on the day it was the best wedding ever.

My sister and brother in law chose The Vinegrove for their wedding, and it couldn't have gone better. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the backdrop of the vines makes for fantastic photographs. Being able to stay at the Homestead was great, and we were able to have a family barbecue before the wedding day. Sarah went above and beyond to help us, but perhaps most importantly, she was a calming voice of reason during a stressful time.She coordinated with vendors to organise deliveries, and ensure that the caterers were aware of the kitchen facilities. We would have another wedding with Sarah in a heartbeat - there is nothing we would change about the entire event.

The Vinegrove was best venue for the most important day of our lives!! We cannot recommend Sarah and Tim enough! Our wedding day was beyond perfect, there is not one thing I would change and it is all thanks to Sarah & Tim and their amazing team! They were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. They were such a help in the lead up to the wedding and everything on the day was flawless. They have a great team and I'm so grateful for their impeccable service to all guests on the night. The attention to detail, the styling and hospitality was incredible! I have had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they have been too and we definitely could not have pulled it off without their perfect venue and their amazing service. The Vinegrove was everything we dreamed of and more. We have not stopped getting compliments from our guests for the location. Sarah and Tim were beyond amazing and the staff were perfect, professional and friendly. We had our dream wedding and can’t thank them all enough! Would not have changed a single thing!!

Great wedding venue, beautiful location and stunning reception

I was Mother of the Groom this past weekend and i thoroughly enjoyed the Reception at The Vinegrove. My son and his now wife had a couple of false starts due to Covid but throughout it all, Sarah from The Vinegrove kept them calm and on track. Her meticulous planning and support made for a very auccessful celebration. It is such a pretty venue and it was all socially correct re covid issues but we were not aware of any negative impact.
All the staff were attentive and warm. I just loved it all. Thank you to all. Helen Firbank

Getting married and looking at mudgee this is the place. My brother had his reception and cerimony here and couldnt fault it even when the storm hit it added to the atmosphere
