A big shout out to the team at The Wedding & Event Creators! The team were a huge help from the very beginning through to the big day. From hiring items from their range, to liaising in the weeks before the big day to go through final set up planning - the team were amazing. A big thanks to Sarah from the team who worked with me in the days leading up to the day and on the day itself to ensure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend the team to anyone looking for assistance in hiring items, styling, or to set up and pack down. I felt so much more calm and collected on my day knowing I had the team there to facilitate set up and assist with styling. You all did an amazing job! Thanks so much!

Having you there on our special day to make sure everything ran smoothly and stress free made all the difference. I felt completely calm leaving everything in your hands - the timings, the vendors, the locations, the floorplans, so many little details - and you didn’t miss a beat.

Especially with our ceremony which was a little tricky with an unexpected high tide ... but you pivoted what you had to to make sure we had a our dream beach wedding. There were so many little moments and details throughout the day that came up and you handled seamlessly - ensuring they were perfectly us.

Thank you so much for all of your attention to detail, time and effort. Everything was beautiful and our guests couldn’t stop raving :)

Extended thank you's Vanessa and the other WEC members who played a part in the preparations. Being a DIY/BYO wedding you can easily underestimate everything that is involved, but you all made sure we were completely prepared.

The Wedding and event creators, Vanessa, Dean and the crew were absolutely brilliant on our special day. Communication with them was fantastic and they set up the ceremony exactly like we wanted. They were flexible, highly organised and efficient. We could not recommend them enough for others. We hired the beach ceremony package with extra chairs. It was perfection.

Vanessa and the W&EC team were incredible to work with from start to finish. They brought my vision to life and then topped it. The communication was amazing and they made the process so smooth and seamless, which carried through all the way to the big day. I had a dark romantic theme and Vanessa and my stylist Sarah went above and beyond to make it happen. I couldn't recommend this team more highly. Thank you so much.

Absolutely love that we were able to pick up our hired items at a time that suited us. This flexibility made such a difference! The hexagonal arbour was stunning. Our guests loved the lawn games. The blush napkins and natural table runners were the perfect pop of colour on the tables. All information and advice was clearly provided and resent closer to our wedding date. Absolutely could not have tied the knot without WEC, in particular our coordinator Sarah. They took all the stress out of our day and attention to detail was incredible. From set up, styling, coordinating vendors, getting us down the aisle calmly, caring for guests, finding lost items, building donut towers and being a calming presence. I could not recommend any higher. Anyone getting married should definitely hire this service. Worth their weight in gold. Thankyou 🙏

I hired the round golden arbour for my wedding ceremony and it was exactly what I needed. Was easy to install and pack away!

The team were beyond professional from start to finish and made the process so easy. The styling was great and we received so many compliments on the night.

The team at Wedding and Event creators are incredible. We had our wedding in Jervis Bay and WEC provided our hire service, coordinating and set up and pack-down. From the moment we started working with WEC, we knew our day was in safe hands. Vanessa was our go to person during the whole lead up to the wedding. She was so responsive, super helpful and knowledgeable with every question. On our day we had Amelia doing our set up and coordination- she was honestly a little fairy that made everything look beautiful and the plan run seamlessly. We had Dean do our pack-up and this service is a life saver. The team at WEC are amazing and our day was perfect due to their help with planning and coordinating. We are so grateful for all they did to help us along our wedding journey. We highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed.

Wow.. where do I start. Simply put, and I'm not just saying this, The Wed & Event Creators made our day. It won't have been possible without them.

Firstly, I can't recommend the on the day coordinator and set up package available. We had Emily on our special day and she was pure JOY to be around! She kept me calm, answered all my questions, was all over absolutely everything. The set up looked spectacular!! Walking into my reception (at Worrowing) was everything I could have hoped for.

Further still, the timing and cuing myself and the bridesmaids to walk down the aisle was invaluable. We would have been lost without her! THANK YOU EMILY!

Vanessa and her team are truly wedding experts and everything from them through the consulting phase, the run sheet, layout, and hiring of furniture was so easy. The run sheet set up they have is spectacular and definitely helped us with providing info to MCs and other key parties.

They also corresponded with the vendors with regards to timing and much more easing our process.

Pack up the next day was a no brainer for us, to not have to do that was a dream and they left everything perfectly ordered for us to load in the car.

The Wedding & Event Creators were absolutely, by far, the BEST money we spent on our wedding day. We worked with Vanessa & Emily to make our DIY hall come to life with furniture hire and have the day run seamlessly from start to finish with their coordination services.

They thought of everything, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt organised and prepared. It took so much stress out of the day - we felt like we could relax and focus on us, our guests, and having fun!

Vanessa and the team were super responsive, answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations. Our coordinator Emily (and help from Dean) totally executed the set-up of the space. We also used their pack-up service, which we highly recommend if you don't want to worry about the venue the next day.

I originally chose the Wedding and Event Creators because their range of hire items was sooo amazing. Without them, I would have had to hire from multiple companies to get what I wanted.
Once I started the hiring process, I quickly realised their customer service was just as amazing as their items available to hire.
Vanessa has been a pleasure to deal with! On the day of our wedding, Dean set up our ceremony flawlessly and it felt like I walked down the aisle to the exact mood board I had created! Every item was where I envisioned it and once the ceremony was over no one even noticed how professionally and promptly Dean packed everything away without any fuss.

A huge THANK YOU to Vanessa and the team and Wedding and Event creators. You all made our wedding go ahead without a hitch despite last minute wet weather changes. Many phone calls and emails went into our day, and Vanessa was just absolutely amazing in the lead up, assisting us with the run sheet creation, contacting all our vendors and styling assistance.
We had Jade as our on the day co-ordinator who was is just so lovely, and seamlessly moved our ceremony into the barn for a perfect wet weather option. She made sure our vision for the day came to life without a hitch! Nothing was too difficult for the WEC team, and we would recommend their services to anyone and everyone getting married! The amazing communication, easy going process, reasonable and trustworthy company that I would hire again and again! How can one person do so much!!?

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Jade, our wedding coordinator, who was honestly beyond professional and utterly amazing. From the moment we met her, it felt like we had known her for years, creating a level of comfort and trust that made the entire day exceptionally seamless.

Choosing WEC as our coordinators for our wedding at the Kangaroo Valley Bush retreat was a last-minute decision, and looking back, we thank our lucky stars we made that choice. The day ran like clockwork, thanks entirely to Jade's meticulous planning and execution. She not only met but exceeded our expectations, and we are still receiving compliments about how seamless and perfect the day was.
We loved how they knew the venue and a lot of the vendors so well as they frequently go to KVBR.

As much as we'd like to take credit for the flawless execution, it was, without a doubt, Jade who orchestrated the event to perfection. We could trust her with any issues on the day, from guests showing up late, lost boutonnieres, to even being able to call her when our cocktails hadn’t been delivered during bridal party photos!

The team at WEC’s professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Every aspect of the event, from the ceremony to the reception, flowed seamlessly. We genuinely felt like guests at our own wedding, able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day without a worry in the world.
If you’re unsure whether to get an on the day coordinator, we cannot recommend it enough! One of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning.

Nothing but positive things to say! We had a small wedding of 10 people and were having a ceremony on the beach and a small dinner in a house afterwards. We were able to hire everything we needed from the The Wedding and Event Creators and it was just so easy and hassle free having everything in one place to choose from. Vanessa was so patient with me changing my mind every few days about how I wanted to decorate the dinner table and gave helpful advice about pieces she would recommend putting together. Matt came to set up our arbour and chairs and was the most chill guy in the world which is just what you want on your wedding day! When the ceremony was over, he was there to pack everything away so we could carry on and enjoy the rest of our day. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Vanessa from the Wedding and Event creators was wonderful to work with to hire 2 x plinths and a sign stand for my wedding in Jan 2022.

Pick up, drop off, setting them up and taking them down was super easy.

The products were strong and sturdy and just what we wanted to add to our wedding.

I would certainly recommend for anyone else who needs to hire stuff for their wedding.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with the minor details in the lead up to your weddings, 100% book these gems! They not only took care of creating the run sheet and working with other vendors but also ensured the whole bridal party was comfortable, gave us heads up to ensure speeches/ MC was running on time. I don't think our day could have run as perfect as it did if we didn't have Amelia with us on the day! thank you again XX

The Wedding and Event Creators made organising our wedding ceremony an absolute breeze. The setup was beautiful and they had everything we needed to create what we had pictured for our beach ceremony, and were very reasonably priced for the service.
