Their stock is always accurate. They have a massive variety and have so many items you cannot find elsewhere with a huge range of brands too. Love the awesome deals they always have.
Delivery is always on time. They have return packages too which makes it super eco friendly. Transaction is so smooth and the return processing is super easy too! Customer service always responding and checking up on you. Absolutely superb!
The information is almost always correct too. The details is very helpful. Never had an issue or problem with them!

I bought several items from The Iconic in the lead up to Christmas - mainly as presents. I found delivery very fast and reliable, communication excellent - and when some of the items didn't suit/fit and so needed to be returned, there were no problems. So easy - no return postage, easy packaging using same satchels items were delivered in, and fast refunds accompanied by good communication all the way. Thank you Iconic! On the basis of my experiences if it's between you and another seller I'll choose you every time!

I did an order but received the wrong item two days after (it was wrong color). I did apply for an exchange, even do I needed the correct item as soon as possible becauseI was moving overseas so changing the address in a few days. I could not wait between 3 and 6 days for the exchange. So I had a chat with customer service, explained the situation and then they sent to me the correct item the next businnes day!
I mean I usually buy clothes on Internet but I never had this quickly service for an exchange before! Everyone can make mistakes of course but you guys just know ho to solve the problem in a best and easy way!!
And for that I give you 5 stars!

The Iconic is the best online clothing store by far and here's why:

Their stock is well displayed, you can see if it's in stock instantly, you can favorite items for later viewing; there are frequent specials and discounts (very frequent :)); there are warnings if an item runs small or large for it's size well before you buy it; the app and account features are a pleasure to use; best of all - their return policy is amazing - full refund/110% store credit/exchange with no hassle at all.

Where else can you have an enjoyable shopping experience with that much confidence?

I also should say that I've shopped with them for about a year and done about 8 orders, so I think I've got a representative perspective of how this company operates. I've also returned and exchanged several items. I really do trust this company completely now.

My latest order was sent to my old address in error. Someone at the property signed for it so my package went missing. The Iconic refunded me as there was no stock left of the item I purchased. If that's not outstanding customer service I don't know what is. My other orders have always arrived promptly and exactly as described. Best online retailer I've ever dealt with!

Customer service is an actual JOKE. I placed a same day delivery order and paid $14.95 for postage, I selected a PO box as my shipping address. Only after the fact my parcel was not able to be delivered, did I realize that the courier service they use do not deliver to Post Office boxes. I contacted customer service via Zen desk to explain the situation and was greeted with generic responses.

I am a customer service and freight logistics manager for a huge online company, so i know how this works. I asked them to re-send my parcel to my home address or work address and was met with 'We will provide an update within 1 business day.' I was then told if i wanted my order guaranteed the next day I would need to PAY again and wait for the refund on my original order. I lost my faith in ordering with the Iconic then and there. They did nothing to assist me, didn't even bother contacting Star Track.

I then contacted the courier company myself to find out that the parcel was on its way and being returned to them this afternoon. I then advised the Iconic of this and asked for it to be sent on same day delivery tomorrow. They could still provide no definite answer and confirmation that i would receive the parcel and did NOTHING to assist me. As customers we place same day deliveries for a reason. I found the customer service representative to be very condescending and unhelpful, borderline rude.

I wouldn't normally write companies bad reviews, but this experience has blown my mind. The lack of care and the lack of effort is beyond my understanding. I work in the industry, I go above and beyond for all my loyal customers and knowing what i would have done in this situation just frustrated me more. I was looking forward to making more orders with the Iconic but I will never order from the company again after this experience. At this stage ill have to wait and see if my parcel will be delivered tomorrow but who knows..

Management should be aware of this kind of poor service and get on top of it. The online business game has changed a lot and this is really not acceptable.

If you guys want any chance of redemption, i would expect to be contacted via phone or email.

I understand that your Zendesk employees are off shore, so everything made a little more sense. I should have picked up the phone from the beginning, because as soon as I did everything was resolved.

Fantastic experience with The Iconic. I bought some clothes recently but didn't realise that the delivery date was estimated to be past the date I needed them for.
I then spoke to a few Iconic representatives on the phone and via email. They answered the phone quickly, were nice, helpful, knowledgeable and based in Australia. They followed my matter up multiple times and each representative was fully aware of my personal situation.
As luck would have it, all my deliveries turned up way before the estimated date and to top it off, they all fit perfectly.

I recently ordered a black pair of triple black vans authentic in a size 9 and some globe socks. Im usually a size 9 but these black vans ran a little small and i was able to return the shoes for free no hassle. I returned the shoes asap and they paid for express shipping to and from my place to theirs. The notifications and adept service was greatly appreciated. And i received my size 10 shoes promptly and in proper condition. I am very pleased with quality, price and speed. I paid $100 for both items.

Really recommend shopping at the Iconic. The best customer service of any store I have shopped at. They have a fast shipping option, free returns and exchanges which for exchanges, I haven't seen other stores allow this for online purchases which is frustrating when you've bought an item on sale and then the item has gone up in price when you want to get a different size. The exchange didn't even charge for postage. Just incredible! I really do wish you would have more activewear and exclusive activewear as I still have to go else where for more variety but would rather shop with the Iconic. Keep it up!

I've never had a bad experience with the Iconic, right from when they first launched 5 or 6 years ago they have always excercised efficiency and convenience towards their customers as a point of business conduct. The excellent customer service, easy returns policy prompt delivery are always consistent. Without doubt the best online shopping experience I've encountered.

I ordered a 1448 Blundstone boot which got quickly delivered... except it was the wrong type in the right shoebox. I returned it and tried my luck again at reordering it: this time the size suggested by the website guide was too small (the wrong type had a perfect fit instead). So I returned the boot for the second time and I challenged my luck again by ordering the right type in a bigger size: this time all was perfect!
Yes, it did require a little back and forth, but I ended up paying just 86 aud against the original price of 219 aud. Great customer service...

Have always had an excellent experience buying clothes and shoes from THE ICONIC. The packaging is impressive and delivery is really fast (delivered within 3 hours!). I have made a few returns and their customer service and returns process is easy...Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best stores I've shopped online.im a busy mum of 5 and this makes shopping so easy. I buy all sportswear from here. A1 authentic products, the sizing help and suggestions section is So helpful. In depth descriptions of the clothes is great. shipping is simply amazing and returns are easy as anything and money returned asap. I wish all online shopping could be as good as this! I honestly can't believe the bad ratings on this store but you know what they say, ppl are more willing to leave a bad review than a good one. Please don't hesitate in using this site. Great Customer Service plus delivery is fairly quick. I spent lots of money here for my kids. I like that they have the brands like Gap, Little Marc Jacobs, TH, Polo, etc etc brands for kids. Great shoes brands and variety. Waiting for more orders to come! Lovely ladies here too. Thank you guys!

I bought a pair of shoes on sale, saved $40 and they arrived the next day with free shipping. Totally awesome experience, plus I got cashback through shopback, I didn't feel worried about sizing as well as they have free returns. Overall would definitely shop there again.
