Watson's Kitchen

Lamingtons are a pretty ordinary staple of bakeries but somehow Watson’s do them better. Something about the sponge? So soft, yet dense and fluffy. I happily admit I’ve detoured before to come here for the lamingtons, and will pick up a 6 pack to put in the freezer.

Great bakery on the Newell Highway @ Narrabri NSW. One of those fantastic bakeries in a little town with an amazing variety of cakes, slices, pies, pastries and breads. Great coffee too.

I have been on the road for many years, one of the best bacon & egg rolls my husband has had, amazing variety of home made cakes and slices (kids enjoyed)my chicken salad roll was yummy. Great coffee too 😊

Just completed a trip from Vic through NSW & around Qld. Visited alot of bakeries and this one has to be the best, hands down. Will be going through Narrabri just to go to the bakery on other trips in future. The best bee sting made with flaky pastry! 😁

The cinnamon doughnuts come highly recommended. Also have a big selection of pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches and other baked goods.

Delightful bakery in Narrabri. Great range of sandwiches, pies, pastries, tarts, etc. Their sandwiches are fresh made while you wait, and very reasonably priced. They do a great corned beef and pickles sandwich, as well as an excellent salad and cheese sandwich. The caramel tarts and the rock cakes are highly recommended. We visit Narrabri every 3-4 weeks and always buy lunch there and will continue to do so.

Save room for dessert. Delicious! Coffee great and look what I got on my cup...

Lovely fresh baked food including a wide variety of pies! I'm gluten free but hubby loves the pies when ever we are passing through, and I love the Caesar salad or Garden salad which is available year round. Imagine my surprise when this holiday, there was some frozen focaccia bread in the freezer! It was beautiful! Only wish I could have bought more and kept it frozen, but alas, we live hundreds of km away. Top bakery, highly recommended.

Best pie's I've ever had ,they were delicious if you ask for crackle with your pork n salad sandwiches they will give you nice bit, sometimes you get lots of gravy on your meat and gravy roll and sometimes not,please be consistent in smothering it in gravy plz

Always a must when visiting Narrabri. Great food. Love their sausage rolls. Roast rolls. Their large cherry pies on the mail.order are awesome too.
