North Haven Breakwall

Lovely views from this short break wall. Easy parking. The walking track continues back along the river is fully sealed. Under cover Picnic tables at the car park. I even saw kangaroos bound through the car park.

I have enjoyed the use of this break wall for the purpose of fishing , walking , and relaxation since the late 1970,s when I have had hollidays with family once a year for many years . It has allways been a great place to go outdoors and has given me many good memories over all the years I have been here .

The best cycle path lives here

Great fishing for Jew Fish and sometimes you can spot a shark or 2 hanging around the fish cleaning tables

There’s lots of BBQ tables alongside the wide path. A playground can be located near by and you can ride the cycle path all the way into Laurieton. Another small playground is located further up the path and 2 public toilets are also located near the playgrounds

Lovely walk. We always end up taking an afternoon or evening stroll along here every time we stay in the area.
One time we even saw a whole pod of dolphins at the breakwater! But lovely stroll even without.
Can recommend buying an ice-cream from North Haven Takeaway and eat as you walk.
Sunset is a very pleasant time.
Have never known it to be crowded but we don't stay here in the summer.
