Highly recommended - helped me find my dream home
Andrew Stokes is a friendly, positive person whose market knowledge and professionalism made my search for a home and purchase less stressful. He was always available to answer questions and arranged viewings when requested over a three month period. Andrew also helped with local contacts for conveyancing, essential reports and tradesmen which was excellent as I was moving to the area from 300km away. His patience and enthusiasm was much appreciated.

Our property was a bit tricky to sell. With Stewart's local knowledge and experience of the industry he was always ready to make suggestions and provide any feedback that would help with our sale. He was available to prospective buyers practically 24/7 which is not the norm these days and considering some of whom (in our opinion) were overly demanding, he was always accommodating, courteous and professional. Our experience with Stewart and the team at Elders North Haven has always been a positive, friendly and quite often funny time. Cannot rate him high enough and would recommend time and again as we have already done. Great result in the end all round. :)

Andrew sold us our property in the local area that was to become an investment. The transition from sale to rental was seamless with Andrew and the team. Andrew then sold our investment property in no matter of time at all. Andrew was so supportive and organised we felt very comfortable in our decision to sell.
