Good clothes

Took 4-5cm off the sleeves of two shirts when they had been pinned to be taken up by approx 1cm. Other alterations in this batch (two more shirts, some buttons added to pants) were completely perfectly fine, so I asked for a refund on the two shirts which were altered incorrectly. Sera acted histrionically and accused me of having been incorrect or confused over what I wanted while measuring. She eventually handed back a partial refund of $50 of the $60 paid for these two shirts.

As stated, other garments in this batch were altered correctly but she was completely unwilling to accept responsibility for this mistake and acted completely disrespectfully towards me. It's no wonder that she only accepts cash - so it's more difficult for you to get your money back!

So..So..much Rude customer services from grumpy man today 28th May Sunday, we checked some clothes but didn't like them & saying "Sorry to goodbye" at the end but inreturn got reply "Don't come back again" from him...such a shame on u.
