At the Professionals you don't hire an agent you hire a team. They were recommended to me by a colleague. The day I visited them Mark came over that afternoon and did an inspection. We listed our house in early January, 2023. Interest rates were on the climb and the market was definitely softening. To be honest I was not sure we would sell and have to wait till the market change. I was not interested in open houses however I decided to take their advice and on the first and only open house we had our buyer. We mostly dealt with Judy after the initial inspection and she is amazing. Very helpful, thorough and most of all approachable at anytime. They are a great agency. Highly recommend them.
