Delicious food in a cozy neighborhood restaurant setting! My fiancée and I happened to walk by and decided to head in for an early dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. We ordered the edamame and pickled veggies as entrees, then the pork katsu and yellowtail as mains. Best food that we had on our trip to Perth!

We came here for our mums birthday. The atmosphere is lovely and calm. The food is delicious!! And the service is terrific! Our waiter was charming and funny. Cannot wait to come back.

Sashimi was really fresh and melted in your mouth. Everything else had lovely flavours. Staff were really attentive despite being super busy. Food was served pretty quick too. Look forward to returning again soon.

We had an amazing dinner at Kiri. Every dish was delicious and the presentation was perfect. Staff were very friendly and the ambiance just right for our date night. I highly recommend. We will definitely return.

One of my new Japanese Favorite in Perth!

When I first arrived, I was confused but intrigued on how simple the restaurant was.
They don’t have many pictures put inside their menu so we might need to ask more, and the staffs were just great and very helpful. I sat when not many other customers arrived yet, which I feel food services were not that long. (Just my Desserts got delayed a bit when the restaurant was busy)

Food is exemplary! 9.5/10 on my perspective, which I think because of their recipe simplicity and quality ingredients. My favorites are sashimi and somen noodle due to their simplicity.

I enjoyed the other appetizers and sides too such as Gyoza, Eggplant, and Octopus. Each dishes they prepared are made with such strong yet simple taste, especially when the ending was a very amazing desserts.

Caramel Pudding was not too sweet and Ogura Ice Cream was just Perfect!, it has a very distinguished Milk taste and good small red bean bits.

I recommend everyone to try it out. Its a good Dinner which its OK in my perspective to pay a bit more than average.

First time here and was surprisingly delighted with the food! We had the scampi, eggplant, sashimi, oysters, steamed egg, aburi, unagi and wagyu beef. Enjoyed every bite with the standout being the steamed egg. Amazingly tasteful and delicate. Will definitely come back again to this little gem of a place

Best Japanese place I have visited!
The black cod is extraordinary and my husband said his Angus beef was simply the best! Paired these with a warm Sake and finished up with French Press Chardonnay and sticky pudding. Simply relish! Also loved the warmth and attention we were given by the team, thanks! See you again soon 😊

Brilliant authentic Japanese food. Everything we ordered was good quality and delicious. Only tiny problem was that, for us, fresh oyster was not available that day. Everything else was superb, will definitely come back. 😊

Cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. Amazing for dates or for small get togethers. Food was delicious and the staff weee polite and attentive. Great prices for the quality food as well. Will be back soon!

Visited Kiri for the first-time last week after hearing good things about it. Small restaurant but tables are placed a good distance apart, so not intrusive but creating a nice cosy ambience. Started off with Dengaku eggplant that had 4 generous sized pieces with miso, Agedashi tofu and beef tataki. Main meals were the Miso black cod that was buttery, flaky and rich. Other mains were the Chef tempura selection of prawns, fish and vegetables. Another dish was grilled eel which was delicious, we soaked up the rich sauce with the accompanying rice. Every dish ordered were delicious but the standout was the beef tataki which was melt in your mouth beef with a tangy sauce. Staff were friendly and attentive which added to the overall charm of the place. Surprisingly for the quality of the food, cost was reasonable. Great place to go for fine dining Japanese without the fuss

I dined here for the first time today and had the pleasure of having Shaun attend to us today, who was lovely and recommended us the signature eggplant dish! Which I can now say I highly recommend.

Had a quick dinner here - ordered a chicken udon and a single oyster as an entrée. Very nice. Would be keen to try the other menu items sometime.

An elegant decor, thoughtful and friendly service, and beautifully presented delicious food combine to create a lovely dining experience. Even though the additional room is more humble than the main dining area, it's a great way to enjoy an evening out in the suburbs with fine dining level dishes.

Went to Kiri for a birthday meal and was really impressed. Sashimi was delicious and main (Ordered the eel ) was presented impressively on a sizzling hotplapte and wonderfully seasoned and cooked. Enjoyed the small but impressively curated wine list also. 👌

Excellent front of house service and authentic Japanese restaurant You can sit in the casual/take away side or the upscale restaurant side. We often walk and sit wherever we can get a table. Creative cocktails and good sake selections. Excellent front of house service. Try the Yuzu drinks

i have been enjoying kiri for 10 years and it remains my favourite japanese (or in general) restaurant in perth

with the new management/owners, it still has the highest quality ingredients, beautiful presentation and warm friendly service as always.

service is very attentive and fantastic, and really added something extra special to an already special occasion.

thursday night ‘kaiseki’ 3course is the deal of the century, especially if your dinner date wants to share and you can try more dishes.

This is our favourite Japanese restaurant. We went in with our 1 Year Old for an early dinner. Every dish was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The salmon sashimi was very fresh and high quality, the agadashi tofu is always our one of our favourites and the teriyaki chicken and seasonal tempura were deliciously balanced and full of flavour. We would highly recommend.
