What a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and the cafe has a family business vibe. I got the pancakes that were made fresh and I was informed they would take some time as they are made to order. Amazingly delicious 😋 and I will definitely come back again.

Excellent cafe with great vibes that I could not forget for 4 years since the first visit until finally made my second visit today.

Still they are same as one of top notch of cafes in Perth.

Everyone is caring and welcoming.

Their sandwiches are wrapped individually so it will be very fresh and very hygienic by the time you bite it.

Visited this place for lunch and the experience was just amazing. Firstly, this is the place where you actually feel like family. We were treated with so much respect and attention. Always asked if we wanted our coffees refilled etc. Secondly, you definitely get your value for money and quality taste 👌🏾 Can recommend the Crispy Chicken Burger and Chocolate Beetroot Cake! Visit this place if you’re in Perth!

Look for this signboard with a “B” to locate this gem. Located right beside a petrol kiosk, this place has a cozy interior and undeniably the best coffee in the area.

I was on a work trip in this area for a month, and every single day without fail I come here for my coffee.

Lovely coffee with beautiful presentation, and very fairly priced! Service was awesome - I was immediately greeted by both the staff members, who were pleasantly chatty and very friendly. Special shoutout to the lovely girl working - so helpful and cheerful. Ambiance is great, interior beautiful and overall a very visually pleasing place. The Caesar salad wasn't my thing, but I'd definitely return for another coffee.

The Broadway Eatery has got to be one of my new favourites! They stay on top of food trends and have delicious meals. The place has such a great atmosphere, beautiful food and absolutely, outstanding service from friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed the smashed avocado & feta breakfast and the espresso coffee was on point, I’ll definitely be returning!

My family and I travel to Perth a lot and I am stoked to say I have finally found some truly amazing coffee!! Easily the best I've ever had... and I drink a lot of coffee! The service offered by this little family run business was top notch and these people are just so completely lovely and hospitable. Please don't ever change guys!! We'll be back xx

Amazing food and coffee. Great value for money. Feeling very lucky to stumble across this place when looking for a quick breakfast with the kids. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of food including vegan options. The cabinet is stocked with even more wraps, rolls, cakes and other foods. Comfortable interior although not a huge amount of outdoor seating due to space.

Highly recommended! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was a little miscommunication on our drinks order but they switched it out to the correct one no questions asked. Food was absolutely delicious and I'll definitely be back 😊

The Broadway Eatery is such a beautiful little spot. Very aesthetically pleasing with super friendly staff. I went for the vegan falafel wrap which was delicious, as well as a mini baklava desert which was my first time trying and definitely won’t be the last 🤗

Awesome cafe with great, welcoming vibes. Can always come here and know you're going to get amazing coffee every time. Brekky wraps are delicious and being so close to uni it's great place to study or have a coffee/lunch catchup before or between classes.

Very friendly staff and always greeting you with the biggest smiles. In my opinion, they serve one of the best coffees in Perth. Great atmosphere inside with amazing art and decor. Definitely will be coming back again!

My regular coffee shop every day! Milat never downgrades the quality of the coffee, even when they are busy. They also have the best brekkie rolls! Restaurant running by lovely, honest people who cares about the food, service they are offering.

These guys went out of their way to accommodate us on Good Friday. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Great coffee, good food and friendly staff, even when they should have been with their family on a public holiday!

Great food, relaxing interior, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The pricing is great, and if you're a student you can get a 10% discount too. I particularly enjoyed their avocado smash with poached eggs!
