A massage with Nikki is the perfect balance between divine relaxation and necessary muscle release/ body work. She is knowledgable in the workings and anatomy of body, and knew exactly when to apply pressure and when to be gentle. She has a welcoming space set up, and Nikki has a beautiful energy, which makes you feel right at home.

I loved getting a remedial massage with Niki at her warm and calming studio. She took the time to review my physical history and concerns before tailoring a massage and plan that suited my body. She has a great understanding of anatomy and explained the process when needed. She was very kind and caring in her approach to wellness and overall health.

Before seeing Niki I had a lot of lower back pain due to my work. She took the time to understand my issues and asked very insightful questions before she got started with the massage. Her experience in Physio and Yoga was impressive and with her suggestions I was able to make improvements to my set up and with simple stretches at home I’ve felt a lot better.
