Love the drive through service. Yummy cold fusion coffees made fresh and with such high quality ingredients. So glad this is my local. Friendly staff too which is an absolute bonus.

One of the better Zarraffas around. Hot box always full. Staff so friendly. Eating area excellent both outside and inside and good lighting. Heaps of parking.

Mai was so kind and helpful! She was able to help me accommodate my little one with food aversions and lactose intolerant! 10/10 would recommend 👌

We go here several times a week for coffee and The team are always so lovely and friendly no matter how busy. Will drive past other Zarraffas as this coffee and service is always consistently great. Love your work.

Called in for a much needed coffee fix. Ordered a triple shot ice coffee and hummus ciabata which is now my new fav! The girl who served me was very bubbly, polite and happy. Being in hospo myself I would Hire her! Well done girl 👏

I shop exclusively at Zarraffas Bethania or Browns Plains. Really like the coffee and I use the same beans and syrup in my machine at home. Always friendly staff. Can't comment on the food but the coffee is fantastic.

The people who run this drive-through could show all the other drive-throughs a thing or two.
Not one has been grumpy or rude. Can't do enough for you and ALWAYS have a smile on their faces. They work in a good rhythmic fashion, never lolling around, they just have it pat.
Because of this, the "atmosphere", apart from the CO, is always happy.

Sometimes I go through the drive through,order and pay for my coffee. I drive off and forget to get my coffee, does anyone else do this 😅

Love this place, was having a really bad day. Went through the drive thru fir my coffee purchase. When i got home I noticed the young lady had drawn a small smiley face on my coffee lid. Your small lil smiley face made my day 😊 thank you.

Come here whenever I take a half an hour from work, 10/10 customer service is always great, food and coffee is always done really well. Everyone's very nice and helpful. Would wholly recommend.

Always a great experience. Sometimes it can take a bit longer through drive though in peak time...but nothing to crazy. Coffee order has always been correct, and staff are friendly. Outside area to sit in was clean and tidy.

Been waiting for this branch to open and straight out of the gates these guys are on fire. Free coffee on opening which we enjoyed and one week in I've been getting my coffee fix on the way to work. Coffee is on point and staff are professional, fun and friendly. Thank you and keep it up! #super

My EVERYDAY on way to work drive through caffine fix, coffee is consistently great and on the few occasions where it missed the mark it was remedied immediately, the girls always have a smile on their faces.. the line up some morning are long..which is just a testament to the good coffee xoox

Had the Mocha fusion and will no doubt be my go to iced coffe. Service was abit slow, maybe clean the booth chairs as they were dirty covered with food.
