Great sense of space in this restaurant, very high ornate ceilings and funky artwork inside an old Masonic Lodge. Has a fireplace in the dining area. Has on site parking. Close to beach. Can dine outside in warmer weather and have an ocean view. Food was great and portions were a good size and reasonably priced. Good range of food on the menu. Coffees were good and they serve decaf. Service was friendly and prompt. You’ll want to book ahead during busy times. Wheelchair accessible. Toilets were clean and tidy. Gents has a beer keg for a urinal and stained glass door on the loo. Great spot for a coffee and cake or a full meal.

From the moment we walked in for a last minute lunch on the weekend, we were treated with 5 star service, super quick food which was delicious and the decor was outstanding! A quirky take on the history of the building with a great sense of humour in the decor made this place even better! There's a huge range of over the counter goodies to choose from as well and it's family friendly too! Well done guys !!

Such a fun and funky place with a good variety on the menu plus yummy cakes and Slices. We enjoyed breakfast just after opening and it was pretty quiet, but within an hour we probably wouldn't have got a parking spot or choice of table as it's clearly popular with the locals. I'm sad it was our last day in Victor Harbor as I would come back much more if I could! Atmosphere is incredible, staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is great.

Walked in without booking and managed to get a table during the holiday period.
Interesting decorations around the building and a fantastic view of the steam train as it moves past gave the kids plenty to look at and talk about while waiting for food. Staff were all friendly and helpful, order from table, pay at counter at the end of visit.
2 adults and 2 kids (around 10y/o) lunches, with just the provided cold table water ate for about $100. Meals vere very generous, we all had the smaller serves and struggled to finish any of them. Very nice flavours, very well cooked. Could not pick a fault with a single dish.
We will absolutely be going back again.

What a wonderful cafe with a view of the bay, beach volley ball and basketball court. The vibe here is relaxed and the food is great. I had the breaky burrito and it was not what I was expecting (a good in your hands burrito), but it's tasted even better than I expected! Tomato chutney and cheese melted on top of the burrito with egg, spinach, potato gems, Bacon and cheese. With a side of avocado, tomato, onion, paprika, rocket leaf. Very yummy and well worth the $$.
The coffee was amazing too, not burnt, nice and smooth; delights the taste buds 😍
Definitely a cafe worth the visit and and staff mate you feel welcome.

best chai latte i’ve ever had! very friendly staff, and good food. definitely worth the 2 hour drive to dine here, would 100% return.

I ordered the Thai fish cakes and salad, and it was extremely enjoyable. In particular, the flavours and tang in the salad and the dipping sauce were amazing. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent (albeit it was very quiet when we went so we were lucky). Highly recommend!

Awesome Cafe with an excellent vibe. From the outside you wouldn’t expect it to be so big inside with plenty of seating. Indoor fireplace makes a nice, warm atmosphere. Food was delicious, I had a beetroot salad. Will definitely go again when next in Victor Harbour.

Delicious food. We had a burger and spinach-feta frittata(?). Everything was fresh, delicious & as requested. For desert was a banana caramel cupcake with whipped cream… absolutely beautiful! Staff was lovely too!

A fantastic new addition for locals and visitors to Victor Harbor. Ideally located on the drive in to town, with good car parking, flexibility to sit on the sunny, protected Hindmarsh Rd side, in one of the many inside zones or on the ocean side deck. The menu is extensive with multiple choices of both small and large plates. All very tasty, generous and freshly made onsite. I am slowly working my way through the menu and would highly recommend the croquettes, the kingfish and the half chicken. The wine list is good, coffee is great and the sweets selection in the fridge is sure to please. Staff are friendly and hospitable, but it would be helpful if they were trained in wine offerings.

Also the staff are super friendly, and seeing the owners working with staff is great. Love that the owners are hands on. Super friendly with a positive attitude towards life.

Set in a little heritage hotel, this is a charming place. The chicken wings are an experience not to be missed - smoky, tangy and very hot!! Though mild options are available. Also had ceviche and croquettes, both yummy. And finally a kids meal my fussy child happily ate. A platter of ham, cheese and veges. Delicious food, well worth the visit. We will be back!!

A bit loud for me but it's in the old free manson hall so not much anyone can do about it.

Had a Big Breakfast this am after soup yesterday ( yummy) in this quirky funky cafe that is housed in the old Masonic building. Rather quite good, give it a try you will not be disappointed 😁

Old Mason’s centre turned into upmarket restaurant is the place to have amazing lunch or dinner if you’re tired of pub food! Unique recipes and delicious starters good to share, variety won’t disappoint and certainly worth ordering a dessert with your coffee. Love the décor.

What a beautiful spot for lunch! The food was delightful, the service was absolutely faultless, not to mention our waitress was bright, friendly and so helpful! Absolutely perfect way to spend lunch AND really reasonably priced! We will 100% be back!!

We've stayed at Victor Harbor a lot and driven past this place many times & on this trip we decided to have breakfast there and it didn't dissapoint! Lovely food and an awesome atmosphere, watching the train go by and also ocean views.
